However I couldn't help but notice on the Credit card scanner the tips were way off. Our bill was $45.50. Their scanner wanted to charge me $10.50 at 20%. Your math is incorrect and assuming we'd just pay that is insane. We paid the amount and gave the correct tip that was 8.50. Please look over your scanner again and make sure the math on it is correct. Another thing. I ordered their newest item which was the fettuccine Alfredo and Parmesan crusted chicken. My wife was craving ribs and I ordered the Asian Salad. We called in an order so we can pick it up. We called in it over a half hour ago. We got to the pickup line and there were 4 people there. There was a manager and 4 other servers that worked on the take out register. Not one person asked if we had been helped. One of the ladies that was in front of me wasn't feeling well and she said was there 10 mins before. She was there to place an order. She has another 30 mins to wait for her food. Is the food really worth it at this point? When I asked if someone was working the register, one of the servers said, "it's that lady over there. She's the only one here and she's going pickup too. We're short right now." Ok, I get people call out and you get put in a bind, then why is the manager so worried about the people sitting down and asking them if everything was ok and if she could get them anything? Couldn't this manager look over and see that there's only one person running around and that she clearly needed help? Isn't a manager supposed to manage? This is the second time in 3 weeks of eating at this applebees. I have gotten /he same thing both times and both times it was fantastic. If you go, get the bourbon garlic steak. Hello Happy Hour connoisseurs! Came at 9 for some drinks and bites and left happy with our choices and service. Very kind, energetic host and a server that was on top of her game. I can't remember either of their names, but I'd come back to this location for them alone. Coming here after a funeral cheered us up, tbh. Appetizers were ordered and drinks flowing during our HH times. Bahama Mama is my go-to, but all cocktails I've tried were good. Pina Colada gave me a brain freeze but obviously that's my fault ;) Wonton tacos, onion rings, pretzels and beer cheese, loaded fries, spinach and artichoke dip, nachos, boneless wings (garlic parm was our choice), mozzarella sticks - we piled the table up and ate it up while chatting away. Four cheese and honey tenders - not bad, but not my favorite. It'll do if I want pasta. Burgers - had several and they were all cooked well. I choose the burger based on what I want for that day. I ordered the 12 oz rib eye dinner and the meat was absolutely disgusting! First of all the meat did not look like ribeye steak and it tasted horrible and was really tough! It wasn't even good enough to feed to my dog! all four of our meals the meat was really dry and overcooked! Their quality of food had definitely gone downhill. It was a waste of $110.00, every time we get take out from there it's been horrible! Hopefully we won't get any more gift cards for Applebees from the family next Christmas. read more

Sorry to have to give Applebee's only two stars and the two stars go to symphony our server. She was pleasant and efficient. We decided to pop over for lunch on Sunday because neither of us felt like cooking. We were greeted and sat immediately, that was super cool and very few diners as we must have caught them at a slow time. We were looking forward to an appetizer that has since been removed from their menu. That was disappointing but not a huge deal we ordered good old mozzarella sticks and they were good. Then again it is pretty hard to mess up fried cheese. We opted to order the 2 for 30.00. The hubby ordered Steak that was pretty hard to cut threw with a steak knife and the broccoli needed salt. My pasta had some of the most flavorless Alfredo I have ever tasted. It needed Parmesan and garlic! Heck even some red pepper flakes. Took two bites and was done. It was pretty bad. read more

I once thought it was impossible for anyone to mess up a BLT. The bacon looked like little scraps that were left over. It was greasy. It looked like the cook put a little bit of mayo on a knife and drew it across the bread in one strike. The majority of the bread had no mayonnaise on it which told me that the Cook could care less about the quality of food. To top it off the fries came out cold and quite frankly they were tasteless. This is my second bad experience at Applebee's within the last few months. I will not be returning. The only reason I'm giving it one star is because the waitress, who by the way was very overworked, was trying very hard to take care of us. read more

I've eaten at this location several times for business lunches. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I've never had a problem getting extra drinks while dining. The weekday lunch crowds are not too bad so finding a table has not be a problem either. The food has been consistent and I usually opt to order from the lunch menu. They offer a classic menu or signature menu where you can choose 2 or more items for a lunch combo deal. A soup and salad or sandwich works great for a quick lunch that is not too heavy. I particularly like the french onion soup and tend to order it with whatever other items i choose for my meal. They also offer the full menu if you cannot find what you are looking for on the lunch menu. read more

I love coming to this Applebees so much! I decided to pay a visit Saturday night. The lobby was jam packed and the parking lot even had people waiting to be seated. I was a little worried I wouldn't be able to get in but luckily the bar was open so I hippity hopped right in. I ordered their zombie drink thing. It was decent. It wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst. Just really sour and I have definitely had better drinks there. For my entree I got an oriental chicken salad wrap with fries. It came out so quick! I was so shocked! I love getting the wrap because I still get the yummy flavors of the salad and it comes with fries. The service was really really spot on. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Matt was friendly and fun to joke around with. I really love coming to Applebees and I am excited for my next visit here! read more

Oriental Chicken Salad has been my favorite for years.. I have never been disappointed until today. My salad was with the crispy chicken which was served in a "mound" on top of my salad, followed by a layer of almonds, followed, by a layer of noodles, sitting on top of a bed of lettuce. The crispy chicken was barely warm, and was hard and very brown ( I asked the waitress what it was, and she told me chicken), looking much like meatballs. Had to ask for dressing. The chicken was too hard to chew. My son's order was totally messed up. He ordered a club sandwich with fries. Order came, was an oriental chicken wrap, no sauce for the fries. Our waiter was excellent, came by, was made aware of the mistake, and went back into the kitchen to get the club sandwich. Again, not the waiter, but the kitchen or whoever fills the orders. I came in here about 8 o'clock on a Thursday night ordered a shrimp Alfredo. I'm not sure who he got cooking back here but that is probably the best shrimp Alfredo I've ever had. That dish came equipped with fresh broccoli and what seem to be endless shrimp. I highly recommend that dish if you guys are ever in this area. Took 10 min to get drinks, but an acceptable 20min from order to delivery. I had the mac n cheese with honey pepper chic tenders, wife ordered the quesadilla burger. Flavor was good on mine, bland on hers, taste is personal opinion. Portions were small, especially for mine, 14.99 I expect a bit more, wife had little complaint over hers. I got the all you can eat ribs chicken shrimp french fries combination plate. We also got a bunch appetizers because it was half-price appetizer. I really like the queso. The Pepsi tasted a little flat and my wife said it tasted like soap. The service was really good and I was super fast. As much as I love to support small, local businesses, Applebee's is literally the only place open until midnight where you can grab a drink and a decent bite to eat without having to go downtown. I sat at the bar, and the service was great. The bartender was on the ball at all times, and I had no complaints. They have a pretty lengthy drink menu, but it didn't take me long to decide on a sangria. I'm sure glad I got one too, because it was huge and super tasty. I got a side salad and the chicken wonton tacos, my husband got the prime rib dip sandwich. the salad was warm and soggy but the worst part was the tacos. 3 teeny tiny not even bite sized pieces of chicken and a half cup of coleslaw. They should have been called coleslaw tacos not chicken,. my husbands had very little meat n the sandwich and the fries were completely cold. I watched Uber on their map and they picked it right up so we can't blame it on them being slow. $47 and we still had to make something to eat for dinner because it was so ridiculous. Yet another restaurant that is hit or miss. Love the food, when it's hot. Last time I was there the server was good, the bun on the hamburger was NOT, it was hard and smelled stale. By the time the manager made his way over to ask if everything was good, which is a requirement for them, I had eaten the inside of the burger and left the bun, he said he could remake it but didn't seem to really care and was not sincere about remaking it. I found it pointless because I had already eaten what I wanted of it. The reason the manager is required to come to our table is to make sure we are happy and I guess if they don't, then your meal is free...I wish they actually cared if we were happy because just because they come to the table doesn't mean they really care. This Applebee's restaurant was recently remodeled with a local, Utah theme and features photos and decor from local sports teams. Applebee's would never be much first choice for dinner but my wife received an Applebee's gift card so we decided to go spend it. She ordered the cedar plank salmon and said it was pretty good under a little under seasoned. With the addition of some salt and pepper she said it was greatly improved. For my meal I had the four cheese macaroni and cheese with bacon and chicken strips. My dish was okay but overall not that great. Some of the flavors were good, but the macaroni was swimming in a very thin cheese sauce and the chicken was overcooked and much too crispy. Overall the meal was fine, nothing fantastic but not terrible either. Service was okay, again not fantastic but also not terrible. I don't see myself going back anytime soon unless we happen to get another gift card. read more
