They had a hard time at the register and the cashier couldn't figure out how to ring things up. He kept apologizing as he was new. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST location ever!! Do not come here. We have given them multiple tries and every time we leave so incredibly frustrated and mad. If you do an online order plan on an additional wait time of 45 mins- 1 hr once you arrive. They have never had an order ready when they say they will. They prioritize the line inside over anyone that places an order online. They only have 1 worker making online orders. They always give an excuse of "it's just busy". We asked to talk to a supervisor or a manager and they say they don't have one on site. WHAT?? Everyone that was waiting in the to go line with us were saying the same thing, the experience is terrible!! read more

Costa Vida in Draper MUCH BETTER than Cafe Rio in Draper After realizing that Cafe Rio in Draper is watering down their salad dressing, I came here to get a grilled chicken salad. The experience was vastly different; the tortilla bowl was warm and fresh, the chicken was fresh, the serving of chicken plentiful, and THE DRESSING LOOKS AND TASTES like dressing, not watered down. Arrived at 2:15 pm on a Monday of a Holiday week. Parking was available and accessible. The line was long when we arrived, but the service was efficient and we got through quickly. Ordered the steak salad and steak burrito. Both meals were consistent with the taste and quality we expect from Costa Vida. The forks were out but promptly restocked upon request. A staff member was walking around the dining area wiping down tables and asking if anyone had trash he could clear. It was highly appreciated, especially knowing that the store was busy and that sort of task is often overlooked at busier times. The ambience was nice, with festive Christmas decorations for the Holiday Season. Highly recommend this location. read more

I love this location! We've been coming here for years and my kids prefer their food and service. They are a great support for the community and local schools. This particular store has consistently donated to the Corner Canyon Mountain Bike team for years and we have loved working with Dominique and her team. I go to Costa Vida for lunch fairly often since I work nearby. Even with a line, these guys are super quick and accurate. I always like the environment of Costa; it just feels clean and fun. I typically get a small pork salad with black beans, and it's pretty much always the same. I appreciate reliability. It's a good place to meet up for lunch, too, since it's a good location and super affordable. I can pretty confidently recommend Costa for a quick, fresh meal. read more

All of this came to $34.00. The reason for my one star is I had to put my whole Tostado together. The shell came in a plastic box. The meat in a separate box. No cheese despite ordering it. I've come a few times and their salad is amazing! Always fresh and delicious! I ask for the tortilla and rice on the side. They always do it for me nicely. The service is always nice too. I have never run into a mean employee. I do wish they added more meat to the salad, but not enough to dock a star. Also, their drinks are great! They do not offer many options for a vegetarian - beans and rice basically. The service was efficient and friendly. Costa Vida still uses those wasteful aluminum bowls that just get thrown away. Ordered food on the app at 5:29pm for my boyfriend to take to work. The app said food would be ready by 5:46pm. We showed up to pick up a few minutes early and we were told it would be just a couple more minutes. 15 minutes later people who showed up after us got their food before we did and we ended up canceling our order and leaving since my boyfriend had to get to work. We appreciate the free drink they gave us while we waited but the disorganization left us not wanting to return. Worst experience we've had at a Costa Vida. We wouldn't have had a problem with the service if they had not set up the expectation for when our food would be ready.
