We each ordered a different sandwich- an italian sub, a cheesesteak, a hot ham and swiss and an El Cubano. We ordered combos complete with deli chips (bagged but yummy) and a fountain drink (Coke products!) Everybody enjoyed their sandwiches. The only minor complaint during the meal is the Italian Sub had too much bread, or could have used more meat to complement the bread. If Knickerbockers ever wanted to place a location in the Phoenix Metro area we'd love to have them!

Ordering was very simple-just a quick text to Dan and coordination of a pick up time (they also deliver, but I prefer to get out of the house when I can.) The food came pre-cooked and refrigerated, so all I had to do was heat it up. I was taken aback by the large portions-I was told it would feed 4-6 people. I bet my family of three gets 3 or more meals each out of this, easily. Not only was the food abundant in size, but it tasted great, too! It whisked me back to Thanksgiving dinner with all my family around. This one may very well become a staple in our household. We'll be back!

And on rainy days they offer free hot chocolate for kids, a small gesture that says something about the culture of the brand. The one area with room to improve is table turnover. During busy stretches the floor could use faster attention between customers, though Riverton handles this better than most Utah locations.
