Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The manager did apologize for his behavior, but the damage was already done and we left. To make things even more uncomfortable, earlier during our meal the waiter actually sat down in our booth and said, "Do you mind if I sit? I'm very tired." I understand people get tired, but that felt very inappropriate and unprofessional. I've never had an experience where I was yelled at by restaurant staff simply for questioning an incorrect bill. I started with the Hamachi Carpaccio, drizzled in yuzu-truffle ponzu and topped with microgreens and crispy garlic chips. Each bite was a perfect balance of buttery yellowtail and bright citrus pop. The sushi omakase (chef's choice) was the star of the night. Standouts included: Bluefin Otoro so melt-in-your-mouth rich I almost cried. Uni from Hokkaido--creamy, briny, and served at the perfect chill. A live scallop nigiri still twitching on the rice (yes, that fresh). But Oishi isn't just raw fish heaven.
