I went to Big Shots the other day with my friends. I give my overall experience maybe a six out of 10. I do have to let you guys know that they automatically include gratuity into your check no matter how large or small your party is. I don't like this because I feel the waitress does not come back and check on you as much, and they do silly things like forget the condiments for your burger or french fries or anything you need and you literally have to hunt them down. The outside patio is pretty cool. It has a retractable roof. On the night I went, They had a DJ. He was OK. It wasn't too loud. Don't waste your time going on a Friday, the wait staff clearly doesn't care if you get a menu or water or anything.... Had to flag the Asian girl down for a menu which she kept walking around without coming back while I watched her continue to go check on a table across from me.. then I had to stare in her direction for her to come over to give me a menu. Then she never came back and no one else did either how do you walk past tables and never acknowledge??? I did not know they have an outside patio!! It's a Vibe back there. The food is really good. Service is nice. Bathrooms are super small for the capacity big shots hold. Now it's a cigar atmosphere on the patio on Tues. Even though the patio is outside, the fans should still be on. I can not stand smelling like cigars when I leave a place. How am I outside and still smell like cigars. Besides this fixable issue. I will be back. I just hope they have the fans on next time to circulate the air back there. read more

The food here is exactly what you would want for a sports bar and lounge. They have a huge menu with everything from, Boneless Buffalo Wings, cheesesteak eggrolls, fish taco, garlic parm fries, burgers, pizza ls you name it. Literally every single item came out HOT and separately and it was all delicious. The servers and bar managers are all awesome. Service is A+ every time. They also have a private downstairs which is always rented out in NFL and NCAA Sundays. TONS of tv screens literally circled around the place. Huge outdoor patio for spring, summer and fall. Y'all... they're calling this sports bar a "restaurant & lounge." I been here a few times over the yrs but this past Friday they were promoting an I Love R&B Party. My group purchased tickets thinking this was an actual event but basically it was an entry fee. It was nothing special. The DJ played 60% R&B and 40% Hip Hop and the transitions were horrible. The service was slow even though we were there at 9:15 and it was pretty empty. Our drinks and appetizers came at the same time. We had to chase our waiter down the entire night. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered the cheese steak egg rolls - it was filled mostly with mushrooms and peppers, barely any steak and the drinks were weak. I went here on New Year's eve 2025 and used my credit card to pay for drinks. The next day i received over 50 different charges on my credit card from a company that doesn't really exist. The bartenders here are shady and will rob you any chance they get. I advise everyone to stay clear of this place unless you wanna be scammed and robbed of your money. read more

The worst security and management I've experienced in a bar setting by far. I was able to tolerate the overall mediocrity (food, drinks, atmosphere ect) until a stranger began harassing me. He was beyond intoxicated and began to make unwanted (physical) advances to the point where I said something to the security guard. This same gentleman also then stole something out of my friend's bag. I alerted the security by the door, again, and he seemed to care less. This same gentleman continued to circle around my friends and I in plain view of the security. He then intentionally spilled a drink on me. I spoke to the same security guard who told me there was nothing he could do which was quite confusing because I believed his job to be to keep the patrons in the bar safe. I asked for the manager and he was just as bad. I explained everything in great detail and was told it would be handled. Within 5 minutes after our conversation that same harassing gentleman was back and making gestures at me. I had to go back to the manager, in complete shock that such behavior was acceptable in any type of establishment, and he told me he would handle it. At that point I had already called an uber because I wasn't up to watching this be allowed for any longer. read more

My favorite go to place for get together a or just ordering takeout. I love their version of cream (cheesy) spinach and artichoke.... I really don't care for artichokes but theirs I love because you don't get big chunks of it and can actually enjoy the dish.... My favorite is the steak bites and the sauce but to be honest I eat the steaks without the sauce mostly. Their sandwiches are worth the money!! The waitresses male/female are quick and efficient. The aura is simple and stay as long as you like and have fun, wherever inside with the TVS on sports or outside patio area with the DJ's or music playing. What can I say...I didn't have the worst experience, but it wasn't anything memorable (hence the 3 stars). Maybe it was the off evening that they were having, but boy...this place was dead. The place definitely looked more on the massive side! When we got to the bar, this place basically looked like it was closed. Our group was getting ready to leave, until I walked towards the backside and it looked like there was someone there that might've been getting people in...interesting, I thought. Sure enough this gentleman was the gateway to the bar on a Sunday night. We got excited as we were bummed that we thought we weren't going to get a nightcap somewhere, but that didn't last very long. On the plus side, this place does serve some cheap drinks and I think they even serve hookah, if that's your jam. I've been to Big Shots only a couple of times for drinks after work. Today I ordered food to try them out. I can't say anything bad other than I ordered garlic parm fries with my cheesesteak but received regular fries. Not the biggest of deals because they were good but I did have my heart set on the garlic fries. Anyway, food was prepared quickly, tasted good and was moderately priced. Been coming here for years for UFC PPVs. Last night they didn't play the sound for ANY UFC fight. It's cool that they have a business that can do a lot of things at once (band outside, DJ, sports), but no one in the basement wanted to hear the DJ. Everyone was there to watch the fights and no one was able to enjoy it. The food took an hour and a half. Right before we left we watched our bartender get into a screaming match with another guest about the bill. They had to be separated. $20 cover. This used to be the go-to spot. Not anymore. They definitely have some backward, ignorant, goof balls at the door. They refused my boyfriend at the door because he was wearing timberland boots - although he had on a nice button down dress shirt, properly fitting pants at his waist with a nice belt. He looked 100x better than the sloppy guys in there with pants down their waist and dingy funky sneakers!!! There was even someone with a raggedy sweat suit on. It's a sports bar!!! So you can wear sweats and sneakers but not timberland boots and a button down dress shirt? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!! We were ultimately told to stay downstairs for the private party we were there for. We went downstairs only to see a group of young girls that were not even part of the party dressed just as sloppy as some of the guys upstairs. They seriously looked like they had just got done doing laundry! After all that drama to get into this joint, the drinks were super sweet and watered down. The drinks were not worth a penny! All of our friends complained that the drinks were so outrageously weak and the food was mediocre at best. Stick to beer or wine! Been twice on a Tuesday and AMAZING on w DJ Bookem since that's one of the urban nights with a mature crowd that I LOVEEE cause the music is catered to my age group, none of that Latto or Sexxy Red stuff. Bartenders are GREAT!!! They need better ventilation w that smoking cigars on the patio and hookah. It's sooo sooo soo smokey even for the cigar smokers. You leave smelling HORRIBLE! Not even a window or door open at all. But that's not ventilation w window or door that's just air. They need an air filtration system like they do at the consumption lounges in vegas. You can't even see your hand in front of your face. Food is cool, dumplings are FANTASTIC. My bucket drink amazing. It's so bad I left w my throat hurting and a massive headache, mind you my husband does hookah and smokes cigars. Air is so gross in there. Not even a cigar bar is that bad. From the vibe you get when you walk into the main entrance to the 4-5 different unique lounges they have -- you are sure to find something that fits your need that night. They have an ultra private VIP area if you're looking for a low-key vibe, great main floor with a 360 bar & renovated dining area if you're looking for a quite bite & few drinks -- but the best is the recently updated outdoor dining & bar area. If the weather suits, I would highlight recommend sitting outside & enjoying their tasty entrees, drinks & the 10+ TVs they have playing all the best sports teams around! As for service, I hear they run a very tight-ship in terms of personnel & boy did they not disappoint -- we were promptly seated outdoors upon request, drinks were quickly delivered to us & perfectly warm dishes to our table by the time we finished our second drink. I've been here twice, First time was definitely better On this particular night the food was ok...and outside portion was not open ): so you're constricted to a small bar area inside, not a lot of tables, but seats at the bar are plenty. There is a portion outside that opens & a live DJ certain nights (summer). My coworker got the thai shrimp & steak bites. My other co worker got the steak burger (i think that's what it's called) and I got the cheesesteak rolls. The rolls were greasy. Just meat in it..nothing special. The cheese sauce it came with was more impressive. It honestly was the star of the dish. We all tried the thai shrimp and it was definitely good. If i do ever come back, I will definitely only purchase that. I also had a mojito & that was good. overall the ambience is great. I don't think I will be returning for a long time. read more

Five of us went to see the football game hour and a half before the game, had to wait 20 minutes to be noticed and seated and when the manager finally game to the door to seat us his greeting was " oh hey." They sat us downstairs, there's was no heat and freezing even though it was pack down there. I couldn't tell who the servers were and it took him 30 min to get to us and take our food order. They were all overwhelmed. It was super unorganized and hectic. We got half of our food order and waited 25 for the rest. At least the food was good. We ordered wings, fries and the wings. The server forgot the wings and then they came with the wrong sauce so I had to wait another 25 mins. Then a random server came to the table asking for our side plates because they didn't have enough so she took them all along with our napkins and plastic cutlery. My friend ordered a salad that is supposed to come with hard boiled egg and fried onions. It comes to the table without either one. She asked the server why the egg and fried onions were missing and she stated that they didn't have them. Then she comes back with a few fried onions. Still no egg. This place has great food a drinks. Staff is friendly and they all help out when someone is busy doing something else. The outdoor vibe could be better. There wasn't much lighting under their tent so it looked a bit gloomy. But their drinks are good and they make them strong. The frozen rose was not too sweet and packed a heavy punch. The Texas burger was super flavorful and filling. The fries were good but could be a bit more crispy. The chocolate lava cake wasn't molten so I'd just call it a chocolate Bundt cake. The ice cream that came on the side was good and helped add moisture as the cake itself was a bit dense. I'd come back here especially for the drinks. Worth the price. read more

Waited over 15 minutes to get our menus, another 30 for our drinks, then had to ask twice for water and wait AGAIN when we were sitting outside in the sun in 90 degree weather. My boyfriend and I ( both white by the way) were not even looked at, acknowledged and our server was not friendly, even turning away from us multiple times when we very clearly waiting. Went here to watch the Olympics. Walked into the building and there's no one there. Just signs saying the patio is open. Nothing staying that ONLY the patio would be open. We go outside to the patio and ask if we can sit inside since there's A/C and the man said no only the patio is open. So I asked if we could turn the fans on by us to get some air flow. Was told they're broken and "it's just going to be hot." Not sure why a business would choose to only have the patio open on a day it's 90 degrees outside. I have heard great things about Big Shots but unfortunately they missed the mark for me. I sat for about 30 minutes without being greeted and sitting at a dirty table. There seemed to be only 3 bartenders on serving the entire bar along with the tables. When someone finally greeted us we asked for a menu & after quickly dropping it off she never came back to us. About 20 min after that we decided to just leave and go elsewhere. I have worked in the service industry so I understand what it's like to be understaffed on busy nights, but this was ridiculous. Yesterday I visited Big Shots and I had a great time. The servers were friendly and attentive, the food was good. We sat outside and it was warm and comfortable. The environment feels like indoors. I previously gave Big Shots a bad review because of their close time conflict, but yesterday (after COVID) I was pleasantly pleased. It was a Thursday and not too busy, but there were people there. We used to come here when we were younger and despite a facelift, nothing has changed. They ran out of Jaegermeister, we ordered a white bar pie with no tomatoes and it came out with tomatoes (tomato allergy in our group), and the bartender literally forgot I ordered a bucket of Miller Lite then asked what I wanted. They also forgot some waters that were ordered during our time at the bar. The bartender literally took my order, then my friends, made her drink then took 3 more orders and asked "if I had decided yet." I had just ordered 5 minutes ago... she had no recollection. Just a cheap bar with staff that doesn't truly seem to care too much and this is for the Saturday 6-9pm crowd, I can't imagine what it's like during my old times of 10pm-2am. I won't recommend this place to anyone. So there is one waitress working ....took 20 min to be attended to. I ordered Wings they where tiny and are super dry. The waitress didn't even give napkins or plates ....unfortunately when the game was on the speakers were so loud you couldn't even talk to the person you're with mind you it kept going on and off and louder n louder.
