You guys are A+++ who's ever in charge of the music needs to change their ways It should be background music not Led Zeppelin followed by Madonna then Love Shack they might also take a look at your clientele.

Installed damaged part on my car and horrible service…read more First of all this was supposed to be a 3 day warrenty repair on a brand new car (simple roof panel swap on a bronco 6 screws) I just purchased my car was kept for two weeks because even though I said don't take it until you have all the parts they didn't do that. I wasnt kept updated and when I was finally on the way to get my vehicle after two weeks (after multiple calls and having to confirm myself I could go pick it up) they called me when I was 15 minutes away to tell me the parts they installed were damaged. Had the car for two weeks and they didnt inspect the parts they installed? I was told "thats not their policy." Absolute trash service department. Hopefully Ford sees this and reciews their "policy"

This review is explicitly about my first oil change (low miles, don't drive much). First oil change is free. I had an appointment. When I walked in, there were four employees working the service area at spread out desks. Not a single one looked up or acknowledged me. I stood in front of a random desk and said "excuse me, I'm checking in for an appointment." The young man looked me up in the computer and sent me down to Sheri's desk at the end. There was another customer standing there while she did things in her computer so I stood awkwardly in the vicinity while 2 other nearby service employees ignored me completely. When she finally got the other gentleman checked in (10 minutes, never offered him a seat) she checked me in. Never offered me a seat, said good morning, or used any sort of pleasantry that implied "hi, thank you got choosing us, we're glad you're here." She wasn't outright rude, just indifferent and had an air of being over it. I was directed to a frigid waiting room that has game shows blasting at full volume. 2 hours later, my car is finally done. The seats, mirrors, and steering wheel were moved, there wasn't any paper mat to protect the carpets, and it was wet like it had been through a sprinkler, but still covered in pollen. ‍ There are so many good places to choose from that offer timely, friendly and inexpensive oil changes. Next time I'll go somewhere that teaches employees basic customer service and respects my time. The free one was not worth it.
