And now just this week they cancel my appointment the morning of my appointment because a hygienist was out sick. This practice has become unreliable, it's time for me to find a new dentist.

That hygienist jacked my tooth leading to damage to another and Barron tried to excuse and normalize this. When I spoke out, she tried to bully me and gaslight me. Barron is a decent dentist. Her office staff are sweet. But, her hygienists act like border patrol. Her judgement and practice are not representative of CO law. This office is all about the upsale. If she says you need a root canal, get another opinion. Find someone else if you wish to avoid further financial and physical harm.

When I showed up it was clean and modern after checking in Melissa showed me to the back. She was welcoming as well as calming explaining what was going to happen before the doctor came in. I also tried to discuss the billing issue with Stephany at the front desk, but instead of helping, she became angry with me for even asking. She refused to take the matter to Dr. Trembath for review. It felt like the staff was more interested in collecting extra money than treating patients fairly or ensuring quality care.

Also, if you struggle to get time away from work on a week day, drive 1/2 an hour one way to see a good dentist, miss your exit, and still arrive within the 15-minute grace period of your appointment time (even if it is a 3 hour, important appointment, and the last appointment of the work day.) Dr. Schubert will send you away. She would rather cost one client hours of their work day, and hundreds of dollars, than leave work even one minute past the hour. She seems power driven. I like the other doctors who seem to genuinely care about their patients and their practice. I highly recommend this office as long as you avoid Dr. Schubert.
