I read some reviews and spoke to a women when the dryer first failed who was not so friendly. Two guys came out when they said they would. They where very professional, friendly and to the point. My old dryer was removed, new one installed. They cleaned up and was gone. Bill if you read this, I strongly recommend you hire more like these two as they represented your company very well.

You talk to one then the other and you get two different responses and versions. Paid $35 to get an estimate to install a dishwasher (mind you their estimate is to come and see if you have pipes and electric already). So basically, they come and hook up the hoses and the electric (and you need to charge $35 dollars to come see that?). Told them that I did not have pipes way in advance. I asked for my $35 back. They refused and got a rude call from the owner.

I agreed to those terms. As it turned out, the problem was a tripped circuit breaker in the home ( how stupid am I), therefore, no repair was required for the range. The bill ended up being $150... $60 above the service charge just to reset a circuit breaker! When I called to question the additional $60 charge, I was told they charge a minimum of $150 for most service calls. My thinking may be flawed, but charging an additional $60 above the service charge quoted prior to the call, when no repair was required, is dishonest. It may be legal, but they will never receive my business again.

Had a very nice technician come to the house to checkout problem with washing machine, the fee for…read morethat visit was $229.99. Was told by two different people that I could use that fee toward a new machine if I purchased it within 30 days. The repair didn't work so we decided to buy a new one. Looked on their website to see what was available and in stock. Got to the store and was met by salesman right off. We told him what we wanted and he showed us the machine with a $777 price tag. We mentioned on line the same machine was $649, the first shyster move!!! He said I'll be right back, and said we were correct. We then said we'd like to buy and put the $229.99 towards the purchase, his response was our policy is only $50 can be used for purchase! Second shyster move! We stated that the employees need to be more educated on the policies, we got a blank stare and then walked out. After telling this to many people , we heard similar and more horror stories from this store, not recommended by many from what the word around town is!!
