My recent experience with them was an unmitigated disaster, and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. The technician sent to repair my LG washing machine was completely clueless. Instead of actually troubleshooting the issue, he leaned on my machine and proceeded to lecture me on how to load laundry, implying that the problem was with my 40 years of laundry-loading experience, rather than with the machine itself. This was not only insulting but also absurd, given that the actuator had gone faulty after being moved twice during our recent relocation. When I asked the technician why he didn't use the LG diagnostic tool, which is specifically designed for LG smart washing machines like mine, he casually replied that his company doesn't bother with such tools because they are expensive. This admission of incompetence and lack of investment in proper equipment is staggering. How can a company claim to be proficient in repairing appliances when they don't even have the basic tools to do so? The outcome of this "repair" attempt was predictable: my washing machine remains broken, and I am still waiting for a competent technician to fix it. The entire experience with Appliance Dean was a waste of time and money, and I would caution anyone against making the same mistake. In conclusion, Appliance Dean's service is worse than terrible. Their technicians are untrained, unprofessional, and lack the basic knowledge and equipment to do their job. If you value your appliances and your sanity, stay far, far away from this company. One star is even too generous for them - they deserve a negative rating for their appalling service. Honest Appliance Repair Technician in Atlanta/ Marrietta- It's hard to find honest people, so when I found Appliance Dean- I also found it worth my time to sing their praises. My LG Washer was leaking so when I called a technician was able to come out that day. I was given a two hour window- the tech showed up on time, well dressed, and was extremely polite. He took a look at the washer and gave me an estimate of the repair before he even began to work. To my benefit, the estimate was below what I was prepared to pay so I was elated. He proceeded to fix the leak in a timely manner and cleaned up everything when he was finished. I highly recommend Appliance Dean to anyone that is looking for an honest, professional and trustworthy technician. After having used a few other appliance repair places over the years, I had not had a great experience that would make me use again or recommend any of them. I read reviews (almost too good sounding to be true) of Appliance Dean on several sites and decided to call them to come look at our Samsung refrigerator. What a great decision! Very friendly person who answered phone and scheduled my appointment. Great communication from the gentleman who came to my house- called and texted his eta, A+ for cleanliness and respect for my home and me, diagnosed and gave me a quote on the spot that was very fair and inline with what I was expecting based on research, finished the repair, explained their work warranty and we were done! Dean is truly AMAZING! We had the same refrigerator issues for years that no one else could accurately diagnose or fix. One call to Appliance Dean and the job was done! Dean came out to look at our Viking freezer issue. We had another service company out a couple times before, and each time a cookie-cutter defrost service was the recommended approach. It did not solve the chronic icing issue though, so we tried Dean. He took a fresh look at the situation and performed a few repairs that should get to the root of the problem and not just treat the symptoms. I rarely leave reviews, but this company deserves to be known by all! I needed a dryer repaired and they scheduled me in immediately. The communication was the best EVER! They sent me a timeframe prior to the appointment and they even followed up when they were on the way. A big shout out to "Chris" who was knowledgeable, courteous and HONEST! This company is fantastic! Repaired our SAMSUNG washing machine several years ago. Now having an issue with a relatively new Kitchenaid refrigerator. Placed a call over the weekend and Gabriella, Customer Service, called me first thing this morning to schedule. Both Alex and Cobie were at my house by 3:30pm!
