Also, when you went to get ice thru the door we had to open & slam it to get the ice to dispense. Michael showed up as schedule and spent time diagnosing the problem. He found several possible reasons for the issues. His recommendation was to start with the most inexpensive fix first to see if that corrected the issue. So, he replaced the door switches. It worked! No more slamming the door to get ice! Just so you know the other solution was to replace the entire door which would have cost $1200. He suggestion to start with the most inexpensive solution first saved me $1000! Michael was knowledgeable about the product and potential issues and honest in his recommendations. Buyer BEWARE...Buyer beware. Three years ago, this company installed four mini-split systems on our…read moreproperty, and our experience, is that all of them were installed incorrectly. I later confirmed with Mitsubishi that the company is not Mitsubishi Diamond Certified and does not appear in their authorized installer database. Unfortunately, I had ongoing issues from the start -- the systems often stopped working, sometimes monthly, and repairs never seemed to fully resolve the problems. At one point, they told me a Mitsubishi technician came to work on the unit, but Mitsubishi had no record of that service. The office staff was always professional and pleasant to deal with, but I felt the ownership was dismissive of my concerns and would not stand behind the work. Three independent contractors who have inspected the systems have told me they found unsafe spliced wiring. Early on, heir technician stated, filters were not installed in the house on installation, months went by with no filter and he stated he believed that could have caused damage to the coils, hence the problem. I never saw that technician again, and from that point forward, my service calls were handled by what seemed to be family members of the owners. I eventually stopped trying to get the systems fixed because I was paying for repeated service visits without seeing results. This has been a very frustrating and expensive experience for me.

He ruled out the easy first & came across BOTH of our issues no time flat!!! Refrigerator had a clog draining tubing issue, & our washing machine was also a clogged pressure sensor. BOTH FILLED WITH "GUNK" If he didn't want to wait around for the washing cycle to finish, he would have been on his way MUCH QUICKER. BUT HE DIDN'T, TOTAL PROFESSIONAL & HE DID HIS JOB!
