I was shopping for a washer + dryer and he was able to answer questions I had on the various models. There was a varied selection and lots to pick from. If there were minus 5 stars, that's what I would give. Bought a "new" open box Fridge there a week ago (06-01-22). Since it was an "open box" deal, I let "Matt" sucker me into a $100.00 "gold star" warranty that covers "everything" for 48 months.The next day, it started making awful and loud groaning noises like there was a chain saw running inside of it. I called "Matt," the person who sold it to me and he made arrangements to send out a "tech" also named "Matt" who managed to strip out the fitting for the ice maker, in the first 5 minutes he was here. When he arrived, and started to attack my ice maker line, I explained to him that there was NOTHING wrong with the ice maker, OR the line. Well, in no time, he made a problem with the ice maker by stripping out the fitting on the back of the fridge. He never even addressed the original problem with the fridge, the loud groaning noises it makes for about 12 hours out of 24 coming from the back INSIDE of the fridge, NOT the ice maker, all hours of the day and night. He was only here for 10 min. Said he had to get home to wife and kids. Now I'm stuck with a fridge that sounds like Bike Week, and No ice maker, and a "company" telling me to GFY. I was basically just told by the in store "Matt" (not the "master technician" rofl, Matt, who left the back off of the fridge, never addressed my problem,and stripped out my fitting for the icemaker) to go get screwed, there was nothing they could do, and to call a guy named Mr. Rusillo (who probably doesn't exist) at "corporate" who NEVER answers his phone. These folks screwed me on a fridge back in 2011, and NEVER lived up to their deal for repairs, and I had to repair it myself, at a bit of expense. I should have learned my lesson then, but decided to "buy local" and give them a chance to redeem themselves. I guess there ARE some businesses that ARE truly irredeemable. Like my Grand Dad used to say "Boy, the second time, it's not a lesson." Call me a sucker. Don't be a sucker. Money is tight, DON'T give yours to these predators. read more

I absolutely love appliance direct. We have bought multiple appliances from them over the years. We had an issue with a washer we bought a couple years after purchase and they helped me get a service scheduled which cost nothing with their fantastic warranty. When it was time to replace all of the appliances in the kitchen we rushed right down to see them again. I can not recommend this business enough! The staff are incredibly helpful, delivery is fast and convenient and if their are any issues, even years later, they are happy to help! read more

There was a huge selection, the sales people and delivery men were courteous and professional. I received calls prior to delivery, installation and instructions how it operates. We are redoing our kitchen and came here to buy appliances. We spent over 4K. After having installed the microwave we found out the door was broken and microwave wasn't working. The contractor said he saw obvious drop damage with blatant bent parts when he unboxed. We called store for refund and/or replace. They said they deal with New Leaf insurance and that we had to call them ourselves. We called several times a week. Each time the call took over an hour both the store and the warranty number just putting us on hold. All we kept getting was a run around. New Leaf said they approved refund/replace and sent approval to store and store claimed they never got the approval. They (store and new leaf) always said they would call back but no one ever did. Every time we called there was never any record or notes from last call so we always had to go through the whole explanation process all over again. we finally decided to go to store to give microwave back and hopefully get some sort of compensation or anything at this point. At the store they claimed that new leaf approved replacement for HALF the value that we paid and that New Leaf had contacted us about it. Since it's been 6 weeks of nothing and it was holding up build we had already replaced the microwave from Home Depot (same model for same price on sale) at this point in time we wanted a refund for whole amount. They said the only deal New Leaf was going to give us was 1/2 paid price for new replacement. The store did not apologize for giving us damaged product nor show any contrite and actually got flippant and would claimed no fault even though they gave us broken product. They offered nothing to make this issue right. They even refused to take damaged microwave. So the refund policy is a joke. The store customer service is a joke. They only are accommodating and friendly during sale of course. Heaven help anyone who receives an item that doesn't work. YOU are the one who will have to do the calling and leg work to get the refund approved and making sure the store receives the approval. Every time you call back they never have a record of past calls so you have to start the whole process all over again. You are better off finding a sale price for the appliance needed at Home Depot or Lowes. At least product new, and if it's not working you have a real warranty for the store and not a off site second rated warranty scam. I'm sure this has happen to more than just us but others just gave up. We paid for an item, got a broken item and lost the money for it because the store and the warranty company are in cahoots with don't honor anything. So buyer beware. read more

We paid extra because we live a little further and wanted the appliance today instead of taking a day off work Monday. We were told they would be at our place between 4 and 6. They made it at 615. First thing they did was tell my husband that it would be an extra 20 to get it in the house because the doors had to come off. Really? Bubye. We got it in the house without them by taking the handles off as we tried to explain to the delivery guys. Lesson here? i guess we get what we pay for- over the last 4 years have purchased washer , dryer, dishwasher and a fridge . only the fridge has not broken down- the dishwasher needed a new control panel which costs more than what we paid for the unit itself. the washer we have repaired twice and now the dryer needs a new motor. yea the prices are good but thats all- i guess live and learn- not buying anything else from here ever- even if they give it free. read more

The purchase of my appliances with Craig was a quick and easy process. I was happy with the ease of the shopping experience and prices. But the best part was the delivery. The Delivery company worked with me on the scheduled time and both the owner Michael was nice and professional when calling to confirm as well as the delivery guy Tony who also called the morning of delivery to let me know when to expect them within a two hour window. The delivery was on time and the employees handled my appliances with care which was not an easy task going up a flight of stairs. Tony was careful and considerate and took time to measure areas of my home that were narrow for the much larger new appliances. He had to remove doors on the appliances to move it in and he did so with care and professionalism. I was impressed with his knowledge about the appliances and ensuring I knew to turn on the oven 20 min before use and not drink the first couple of gallons of water.
