Let me preface by saying that I almost NEVER leave reviews because I am so overly particular,…read moreeasily disappointed and am generally difficult to please that any review would be contaminated by this. I'm making an exception here because the experience was so outstanding.....from the initial call, scheduling the appt, showing up when promised and making the repair quickly and affordably. Terry Haynes, the owner is to be commended for his personal service and dedication. My Kenmore washing machine got sick....filled with water but wouldn't run. I got on the internet, as the YP don't really work efficiently any longer, found some companies and made a few calls. Terry by far and away stood out above the rest.....not only did he completely understand the likely problem (and told me ahead of time of the probable cause), he offered a prompt appointment day/time and quoted me his fee structure for repair. Terry called ahead of the appt, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem (the one of three mentioned on the phone), and fixed it within minutes. He could have easily tried to sell me the actual part that broke (the lid switch) which would have been $50+ above the service call but instead said...."if it were me I'd just bypass it because it will fail again and it's only a minor safety feature".....it's actually helpful in my opinion to be able to open the lid and see how it agitates.....I can stop it just by pausing the cycle buttons. Honest and forthright.....he left the decision to me. Additionally, Terry said if I ever had questions about other issues he gladly accept my call and help me over the phone......no third party without knowledge, no Indian call center.....the actual guy doing the repair looking to improve his service. I'm frankly a little concerned about making this review because my guess is that he'll start to become more successful because of it and I may lose a good contractor because of his company's growth, good attitude and business practices. Unfortunately this is the first time I've ever had to write a negative review…read more I reached out to Terry on April 6th asking for him to fix my stove. He went by and gave me a quote of 695 dollars to fix it. Said I had to pay in advance because he had to buy parts and there is no refund. So I paid him and when we initially talked he said about 2 weeks parts will be in and we'd be in touch. 2 weeks I reach out he said he hadn't heard anything yet. Month goes by I again reach out again says only half the parts have came in but he will check. 6 weeks goes by I reach out, just waiting on 1 valve he says. Then he ghosts me for months at a time says "I'm on vacation I'll check when I get back" 78 days after I paid him he says "Yes, I will be refunding your money back. Because I checked with the warehouse and they ordered the wrong parts. I apologize for all the delay in hassle you had to go through." I have requested through Venmo from him multiple times with no response. That was 14 days ago and he hasn't responded to any of my text. I have been very respectful and just want my money back for services not rendered.

No Show - Unprofessional and Disappointing Service…read more We had a scheduled service within a confirmed time window, but no one showed up -- and we received no call or update. I had to follow up myself just to find out what was going on. We requested the first available appointment, yet they couldn't even commit to or communicate a time slot. Completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, this company was assigned through our stove manufacturer, and the appliance is still under warranty. This reflects poorly on both the service provider and the manufacturer. We expected better coordination and accountability.

Got a nice ding in the door of my newer LG refrigerator, of course right front and center. Covered…read moreit with a magnet for a while until I decided to see if it could be repaired. I contacted LG customer service, which referred me to a Mr. Appliance location out of town. That employee referred me to this location. I called and got right through, setting up an appointment for my preferred date and time. I was texted the day before with a time window for my estimate. Jacksen, the tech arrived at the predetermined time. He was quite friendly and explained that pulling the dent out probably would still leave a spot. He gave me the repair options and eventually quoted me a price for a new door. Still less than a new refrigerator...and frankly, I like mine so I want to keep it! He did mention due to shipping delays. It could take up to six weeks to receive the door. No problem, magnet went back on for a disguise In the meantime. I was contacted around 3 weeks later and my door had arrived! Jacksen came back with a partner to install. They were prompt and even cleaned up after themselves! I did have one minor issue with the divider between the two doors not closing correctly. I called the company once more and Jacksen came back to adjust. He took maybe ten minutes to fix the issue, and again was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd use Mr. Appliance again (although I hope I don't need to for awhile)!

The two front burners of my stove needed a new switch because they would only work on high heat and would not work on low heat. He knew what the problem was during the initial phone call so ordered the parts and had them with him. The burners are working as good as new now. The price was $245. I did not get any other bids so I don't know how this compares. I called him on a Monday about my issue and he was here on Thursday for the repair.

We ordered parts over the phone. It was about 4 days after the parts arrived, that he was able to come out. He quickly diagnosed and repaired issues with my refrigerator's drain. Fortunately, he had the parts we needed in his truck so we did not need to order. During the repair, he described the problem and solution. He put a mat on the floor that he brought to avoid scratching the floor. He came well-equipped for the job. I felt that his service charge was reasonable. He was neat and cleaned up after his work. Now my refrigerator is like new. It has never been so quiet. He was also able to connect me with someone to fix my stove vent. Martin is my new go-to person for appliance repair.

Avoid this company…read more I called to have my washer fixed, and someone came out same day to diagnose it. They told me without even opening the washer (all the tech did was try to run it a few times) that the entire motherboard needed replaced. Was told they would reach out to me to schedule the repair. Finally after multiple days, had to call them to get it scheduled. Once the $600 part was replaced, was told a sensor was also bad and they'd have to order that as well. Once again, I had to call THEM to get the third appointment set up. The third appointment, they missed my window, so I called and they told me they werent aware it was a two person job, even though they were just here a week ago, and would have to reschedule for another week later. Third appointment comes around, sensor replaced, and still not working. Was told there was a second sensor that was bad. Rescheduled for ANOTHER week later. Fourth appointment, they miss their window again so I call the office AGAIN and was told they were running late. Fine. About 4 30 that day, still nobody here, so I have to call them THREE TIMES until I finally get transferred to the owner, Who told me their technicians were on vacation, not even in the state.THEN WHY DID YOU MAKE THAT APPOINTMENT? Long story short, took them a full month to actually finish the job I paid up front for. Horrible management, they dont even reach out when scheduling your appointment, just put you for whatever date and time without asking if that works for you. Technicians were friendly enough, but the people responsible for scheduling and customer service need to be replaced, they have no idea what they're doing.
