I called All Appliance Parts and they had one in stock for $59. He said to bring in my old pump to test it. He said he didn't want to sell me something that I didn't need. He tested it right there and showed me the odd noise showing that the pump had failed. Not only did he have the right part, in stock, at the best price, he gave me a military discount on top of that. I got home and installed the new pump and it's working just fine. I just found my new favorite appliance parts store!

Joe was my hero that day. The repair cost was much less than replacing a $1,000 appliance. I really appreciate it when I get great service and I highly recommend you give them a try. They told me without even opening the washer (all the tech did was try to run it a few times) that the entire motherboard needed replaced. Was told they would reach out to me to schedule the repair. Finally after multiple days, had to call them to get it scheduled. Once the $600 part was replaced, was told a sensor was also bad and they'd have to order that as well. Once again, I had to call THEM to get the third appointment set up. The third appointment, they missed my window, so I called and they told me they werent aware it was a two person job, even though they were just here a week ago, and would have to reschedule for another week later. Third appointment comes around, sensor replaced, and still not working. Was told there was a second sensor that was bad. Rescheduled for ANOTHER week later. Fourth appointment, they miss their window again so I call the office AGAIN and was told they were running late. Fine. About 4 30 that day, still nobody here, so I have to call them THREE TIMES until I finally get transferred to the owner, Who told me their technicians were on vacation, not even in the state.THEN WHY DID YOU MAKE THAT APPOINTMENT? Long story short, took them a full month to actually finish the job I paid up front for. Horrible management, they dont even reach out when scheduling your appointment, just put you for whatever date and time without asking if that works for you. Technicians were friendly enough, but the people responsible for scheduling and customer service need to be replaced, they have no idea what they're doing.​​

I had to follow up myself just to find out what was going on. We requested the first available appointment, yet they couldn't even commit to or communicate a time slot. Completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, this company was assigned through our stove manufacturer, and the appliance is still under warranty. This reflects poorly on both the service provider and the manufacturer. We expected better coordination and accountability.

I contacted LG customer service, which referred me to a Mr. Appliance location out of town. That employee referred me to this location. I called and got right through, setting up an appointment for my preferred date and time. I was texted the day before with a time window for my estimate. Jacksen, the tech arrived at the predetermined time. He was quite friendly and explained that pulling the dent out probably would still leave a spot. He gave me the repair options and eventually quoted me a price for a new door. Still less than a new refrigerator...and frankly, I like mine so I want to keep it! He did mention due to shipping delays. It could take up to six weeks to receive the door. No problem, magnet went back on for a disguise In the meantime. I was contacted around 3 weeks later and my door had arrived! Jacksen came back with a partner to install. They were prompt and even cleaned up after themselves! I did have one minor issue with the divider between the two doors not closing correctly. I called the company once more and Jacksen came back to adjust. He took maybe ten minutes to fix the issue, and again was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd use Mr. Appliance again (although I hope I don't need to for awhile)!

So I ran all the way out to Wanamaker to goto the Ordinary (of course), but I saw this little shop…read moreand thought I'd pop in. I was looking for Scott's seed and to my amazement I was informed that they have seed formulated for our area. Wait ... what? 1st: I've never heard of such. 2nd: Where have you been all of my life (well atleast my adult homeowner life)? I explained to the young lady what my issue was in my yard and purchased the seed she recommended and a bale of hay. The young lady was extremely nice and explained the different variations to me as well prior to purchase. Value: well $3.99/lb was a bit pricey when I can get a 10 pound bag of Scott's for $11.99 at Ace Hardware. I am keeping in mind several things: This is a Mom & Pop shop (support of locally owned businesses), the seeds by Scott's are mass produced (made for any and all areas) and lastly this seed is "supposed" to produced for Indiana (that's got to be good, right). So with all of that being stated of course I'm taking the plunge and if it works I'll definitely be back. I'm really excited about it and hoping to see those bare spots in my yard fill in. Fingers crossed.
