Call them FIRST for: HVAC Plumbing Electrical I've been working with this team since roughly 2012 when I was having problems with my York AC system. They worked with me and the manufacturer to fix the system under the manufacturers extended warranty over the course of two years when the original vendor couldn't get it right after 5 years of trouble. The only reasons it took 2 years is that I had a significant uphill struggle with the manufacturer honoring their warranty in year 1 and also because the system only failed to work during the hottest months of the year. Innovative did significant rip and replace of the original install and finally got the system working trouble free for years. In 2018 I purchased a new house and they installed my HVAC system EXACTLY the way I wanted it. They did an EXCELLENT job and I have had NO PROBLEMS for 2 years. PERFECT! They also removed the failed solar water heater and replaced it with a standard electric heater. The unit came from Home Depot and failed with 6 months. They came back and fixed (including managing the exchange) for the cost of labor which is totally fair. The faulty heater was not their fault. When I had city water installed at the house by a plumber (before I knew Innovative does some plumbing work depending...) there was some adjusting that was required by the contractor installing the city water lines. The contractor that came out highly praised the workmanship on Innovative's water heater installation job. That's not something I hear often. This year (2020) I learned that they do electrical work and worked with the team on work a previous contractor botched. The previous contractor installed a 220V outlet for an EV fast charging station. The original electrician's work failed after 90 days and they refused to come out and repair their work. The Innovative team was able to show me the burned out circuit breaker that was the point of failure in the previous work. They walked me through all of the issues with the prior installation (including wrong breaker size, incorrect wire gauge, incorrect outlet type which had caused me to purchase an adapter (which was incorrect)). They looked at the EV equipment I had and what I was trying to accomplish, obtained parts and redid all of the work for less than what I paid for the original install. I highly recommend this team! I am so grateful to Ernesto and the rest of the Innovative Cooling team for sticking with me through some very hard to solve problems, difficult manufacturer warranty issues and generally being just plain AWESOME!

My wife's uncle wanted a quality air-conditioning contractor that specialized in installing and maintaining a high end humidity removing air conditioner and ICT was able doing a terrific job. Our cousin also needed a system on a budget price and they had a solution with the right offering doing a clean and excellent job always not cutting corners doing it right. Thank you Ernesto! Wow did that suck! I feel like I need to join a support group for the victims of malignant…read morenarcissists and their enabling cronies. We called Marvel based on what appeared to be good reviews. We carefully explained that our washer & dryer were stacked and that the job would require TWO people. But Marvel scheduled only one. Which mean ANOTHER HALF DAY WASTED. Anyone reading reviews for service people knows what it feels like to be jerked around by people like this. But Marvel takes things to another level when it comes to bad customer service. I can sympathize with others who have posted here and on Google: * The dispatcher refused to take responsibility, on behalf of their company, for the screw-up. Had it all been handled differently, I would have accepted a reschedule. * I concur with another reviewer that the dispatcher was "beyond rude and unprofessional to the point of being insulting." Clearly we were talking to the same person. * The dispatcher tried to convince me that my assistant - who has booked the appointment and confirmed via email - was lying or confused. * Then the dispatcher became hysterical and claimed that I threatened her with a bad review. * I can corroborate another reviewer's mention of the calls being recorded. The dispatcher and her manager really seem obsessed with that, which gave me a weird Nixon vibe. Nevertheless, I still encourage them to go to the tapes and confront themselves with the evidence: * The either DID or DID NOT receive clear communication from our end. They either DID or DID NOT screw up on their end. They either DID or DID NOT call my assistant a liar and try to bamboozle me with some bush league double-talk. * I did question the dispatcher's sobriety, because - in point of fact - the she speaks in an annoying slur. Another reviewer describes her tone as "ironic" and complains of being called "Sweetie". Again, we've clearly dealt with the same person! * Meanwhile, in response to my email, the manager of Marvel was extremely passive-aggressive. He or she sent photographs purporting to help me understand what kind of washer I had, and signed off with "Have a wonderful day!" You know the type... * Still I got off easy, I suppose. Another negative reviewer, on Google, complains of being threatened with lawyers and "deformation" suits [sic]. * So if I should disappear from Yelp, or if something should happen to my washing machine - if, for instance, a piano should fall on it - well... Don't say I didn't warn you!
