We have ordered from this place for years, in fact in 2012, when we built our home, we had them supply every appliance. Great prices and service, great install too. Recently we ordered a Washer and Dryer and a bit later Microwave. Skip the big box stores, these folks are local and they take pride in their service and installs. Ethan of Ryan, whatever the guys name is that has answered the phone the last couple of times I've had to call about my warranty, has been super rude to me. I feel like my husband is treated super nice when we have continually purchased new appliances, but when I have to do anything with their warranty I'm met with an attitude. That's why we pay extra for the warranty, so that if something happens it can be fixed. So not sure why I'm being treated rudely when I have to call in. With appliances in the past there was a very kind worker that would answer the phone. He would call their repair people and I'd get a return call and it was seamless. Now I'm getting this guy and being treated very unfairly. It's very, figure it out yourself, and all around unkind. If it happens again we will just purchase our appliances somewhere else. read more

Recently purchased appliances from them, washer & dryer. To begin with purchased extended warranty, and they gave me NO paperwork to show what I was getting! Realized I didn't get any paperwork on extended warranty, texted them and they sent me a photo shot of warranty! What? Really? Figured I would get a hard copy when they delivered the appliances! Nope, NO paperwork! Then they sent NEW metal water lines, and NEW dryer vent, which I assumed I paid for, although it wasn't itemized out on the invoice! Told them I had already replaced these items and wanted my money back on these items and they REFUSED to do so! They just lost a customer for life over something as petty as this, not willing to do the right thing! Great customer service! LOL! read more

Stellar customer service from initial call to installation! My elderly mother-in-law's refrigerator stopped working and I was able to purchase a new replacement from Appliance Outlet and have it delivered and installed within a few days. Lauren was knowledgable, attentive, professional and demonstrated a great positive attitude. They have their OWN installers and delivery folks and I did not have to worry about a subcontractor. Another bonus is that they service Westcliffe, Colorado where my mother law lives and there were NO mishaps from start to installation. This transaction could have been tricky as I had to coordinated from Denver but Lauren coordinated and managed all the moving parts of this order with no problem. My mother-in-law said the delivery folks called ahead on the delivery date and were very polite, courteous, and arrived on time. They really did a great job! These guys did a fantastic job with everything! I got a Bosch dishwasher, which you can't find anywhere else right now. I filled out the order form online and then I was called quickly by the store and fully understood my options before I paid. They even had a better price on delivery, removal, and installation than anyone else. I asked them about the bad reviews, and they told me that with the exception of when they get one delivered to them that has a problem they don't even deal in the scratch and dent stuff anymore- it is all brand new appliances. So, ignore those old reviews, that isn't even what they do anymore. The delivery guys were fantastic! They were all really nice and installed my new dishwasher and I couldn't have been happier with the entire experience! I was dealing with a dead dishwasher at home, and really didn't want to wait long. They were trying to get my delivery to me in just a few days, and even with the delay of a nasty snowstorm I was back up and running within a week. I will absolutely recommend Appliance Outlet to friends. I am surprised that I hadn't heard of them before, and I would much rather support a local company than a big box store anyway. read more

We took my elderly parents in to get their fridge, microwave and dishwasher replaced. They had been putting off the purchases, as they are very frugal; but when their dishwasher gave out, they decided to get all their none working appliances replaced. Ryan was amazing with my folks. He showed them exactly what they were looking for (didn't try to upgrade them with features they don't want or need) and was very patient. In addition to amazing customer service, the prices were very competitive, there is just one charge for delivery, installation and removal of the old appliances, and they are being delivered in two days (no back orders)! We ordered a new washer & dryer from Kristi at AO. She was very helpful and informative in our decision making process and didn't try to upsell products or features we didn't need. She helped us pick a great set and scheduled the delivery the same week. Dylan & Johnny contacted us on delivery day and to my surprise, were running early (how often do you see that?). They were very careful doing the instillation and took the time to explain every feature. They stuck around for a full test of the new appliances so we had no problems after they left. In summary, working with the folks at AO feels like doing business in a small town. You get a sense that they take pride in their work and the business. I was really impressed with this store. They are very customer service oriented. My rep was Ashton and he took good care of us. I got a full kitchen package and the best prices in town. I researched all the local stores and online, they could not be beat in what they quoted me. Other stores had my delivery weeks out. I ordered a range from Lowe's. After waiting a month they told me the manufacturer wasn't making them at this time. Other stores had their gimmic warranties and side products they added to the sales pitch. This group of young guys at AO appliance got their stuff together. They told me what was really going on with the manufacturers and what was available. I had my appliances installed in a week. The range is coming from the warehouse and should be getting that very soon. The delivery team was exceptional. Clean and dressed respectful. Overall I'm very impressed with this business and will continue to get my appliances from them and recommend them to others. Also they followed Covid 19 protocols on the sales floor and during delivery. It's nice they care about keeping their customers safe. Also I purchased the 4 year warranties. They were priced well and the products I purchased were higher end and I wanted good protection on them. read more

Do not buy from them!!! We received our brand new Maytag washer and dryer on July 21st. On August 1st I called Appliance Outlet and informed them that our washer stopped draining and we had to manually drain it. They told me I had to call Maytag. A Maytag technician then came out the next week and told us the motherboard needed to be replaced and this would take 3+ weeks. Frustrated, after buying brand new appliances, I called AO to see if there was anything they could do. The woman I spoke with (Laura? I think) was extremely rude. She basically said because it was after their 7 day return policy (ridiculously short return policy) that there was nothing she could do. She was very condescending and literally chuckled and told me that I got a "lemon" and said "what do you want us to do about it?" It was only 4 days past their return policy when I called on Aug 1st and only 6 business days so to get no help and to be treated so rudely was pretty disgusting. I wanted to spend my money at a small business but will never make that mistake with them again. read more

I bought a new gas range from here many months ago and the purchase went smoothly. The range is awesome! But the reason they get one star from me is due to a return of a wrong part that was sold to me during the purchase. I was told to send it back, since I live one hour away. I sent it back with a signature required. It was received and signed for. But Shawn said "they don't have anyone by that name here." My 82 year old mother Purchased, what was advertised to her, as a New Refrigerator. When it arrived she had to clean bottle marks from the shelves indicating the Fridge was NOT new. She did not purchase an additional warranty because it was being sold as new. When it was hooked up to water,.. the water froze because the Freezer was turned too cold. When my mother contacted them, they sent what they reported as a very qualified technician,.. who turned down the temp on the freezer,.. he did not inspect the lines,... he did nothing that anyone else would not do. When this did not correct the issue my mother turned it down more. Eventually it thawed and started leaking all over the floor. When Chris at Appliance outlet was called, the answer was,.. too bad so sad,... she should have purchased the warranty and she didn't. It's her problem,... would NEVER,.. EVER recommend this company to ANYONE. They don't stand behind their product, they use every excuse under the sun to avoid responsibility and have NO idea what customer service even means. read more
