Technician was on time for appointment. He said just based on the noise it was the rollers. He already had a kit with him. It took him 30 minutes to fix- it cost me $320 - just looked up the roller repair kit on Amazon- it's $25. I just paid $300 for 30 minutes of labor. I got ripped off.

My daughter's LG refrigerator started making a terrible grinding noise. After calling a different…read morecompany, she was told by phone that it was a known warranty issue and to call LG for service. She asked me to do that for her since she was working and taking care of 2 sick kids. LG referred me to Lee's Appliance Repair, and we couldn't be more grateful. They are so responsive and helpful. Erin, who answers the phone and makes appointments, was a pleasure to work with. She ordered the part and set us up. When the technician looked at the fridge he quickly realized it was a different issue. They worked with LG, got the part and rescheduled quickly. Alex came out with the new part, wore a mask and shoe covers, and had the fridge fixed in no time He was friendly and efficient and made sure the area was cleaned up before he left. They call and send texts confirming everything so we never had to guess on timing. They fix all appliances - not just refrigerators, and I will definitely call them again. I can't say enough about how much we appreciate and highly recommend this excellent company.

After trying several home remedies including replacing water…read morefilter and you-tube repair videos to no avail, I went surfing for a repair service and learned that several companies wanted $120 for just a trip and diagnostic charge. Fortunately I then found "Quality U Expect Appliance Repair". During our telephone call, Skip, the owner walked me through a few diagnostic procedures to determine the ice maker condition at no charge. As a result, his opinion was that ice maker was dead and needed to be replaced. Two days later, he arrived with a new ice maker and had it installed within about 15 minutes. Skip obviously new his way around the workings of a Samsung refrigerator, very knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. He is highly recommended!! Thanks Skip, I'll definately save your # (303) 847-9947. Fred S.

OUTSTANDING FURNACE REPAIR…read more I had a serious problem with our furnace. It hadn't worked all fall and all winter. I called in one of the large fast HVAC companies and they came right in, made one small change, adding a new part. He then said despite his work on the furnace the it wasn't going to work and that i owed him $2,000. Darn near criminal. We went many months wrapped in blankets and spending some time in the car at night with the heater on. And then I found a recommendation in the Nextdoor App. It was a true family business named "Quality U Expect Appliance repair, LLC." They quickly figured out the problem, fixed it soon there after to ensure we were kept warm. And I paid over 50% less than the big company. Call Mike at 303-669-3667 for any appliance needs. They're friendly, reasonably priced, flexible and excellent. Feel free to ask me questions as a reference.

J was an hour and a half late after the 3 hour appointment window, came in for 15 minutes said it was broken, charged their $99 fee and told me that he would come back and grab the old washer. I then told Lowe's to not take my old one for $30 and now I'm stuck with my old washer sitting in my driveway after I was told 2 different times and days by J to ultimately say he cannot come to grab it, recycle wants 100$ and Tony says it is not his problem and will do nothing to compensate. Very displeased

I just had an outraged and rude man come to my house and get upset about my deciding not to repair…read morethe dryer. It was heating element and the cost was $300 dollars to fix. We decided that it was best to buy a new one. No where in the interaction that I had with this company I was told that there was a diagnosed fee of $125 dollars because if this was the case I would have decline the service or would of taken that into consideration. I find this diagnosed fee to be ridiculously expensive for the 5 min he was in my home. Believe me if I would of known about it and he comes I would gladly pay for it. But, don't come and charge me for something I didn't know. Me not knowing this I went to give him $25 dollars as a token of appreciation, mind you he was already heated and upset. He refused to take it and he was extremely disrespectful and rude about it. He did not take it. Such a disgusting behavior for people that work in the customer service industry. How dare him to come to my house and behave this way. TONNY APPLIANCE REPAIR NEEDS A COURSE IN business communication skills and customer service etiquette. FIX your website to say in the dryer section to say that you charge $125 diagnose fee or tell your employees to inform your customer about that too. Plus, honestly with that diagnose fee I would pick other companies that were charging zero to $85 dollars. I don't need an angry person to come to my home to disrespect me and make me feel the way he did and is scary to know that this man knows my address and with those anger issues it's scary to even write this review. I can assure you that if I was MAN, he would of never talked to me this way. I attached the picture of my only interaction with this person beside a 30 second call where he told me he could come at 8 am.

This all could've been avoided if they had just done the job properly, like taking the fridge doors off instead of forcing it through. That's literally what I paid for. On top of blatantly failing at their job, they also damaged my house. There are visible chunks of my door scattered across the floor, and the door frame has been broken. Resulting in my screen door not closing or latching. And if property damage wasn't enough, they extended their lack of care beyond my home. The two "workers" tossed balled-up duct tape in the middle of my street, as well as leaving fridge parts in my front lawn. That's just careless and disrespectful. I took a full day off work for this, paid for the service, and ended up with damage, stress, and more work for myself. This wasn't just unprofessional, it was completely unacceptable.
