They responded to my request within 10 minutes. I had an appointment scheduled within another 10 minutes. They arrived right on time, right at 3. (3-5 pm time window) He had my dryer apart within 10 minutes and showed me the problem, heating element was bad and gave me a price at that time($85 part and $130 labor) he went out to van and got the part and had my dryer heating again before an hours time from start to finish. While we got off to a good start with a prompt response and several follow up messages, no repairman ever showed up. Was contacted after the original post and rescheduled another appointment. Jaime called ahead, showed up and looked over the washing machine. He put together an estimated cost to repair and talked over the alternatives...repair the problem or replace the machine. He was candid about spending nearly two-thirds of the cost of buying a new machine to repair and the expectation for the useful life. It didn't make sense to fix it. I had a terrible experience with your services and feel ripped off. My Kenmore washer was showing error "F10" and its water pump seemed to not be working, so I called your company. Your repairman, Angel, came onsite, inspected both my washer and dryer, and assessed that replacing the water pump in my washer would fix the issue. I accepted his proposal to replace the washer's water pump and perform lint-cleaning maintenance on my dryer for $375. Before leaving, Angel confirmed that he had tested my equipment and it should be working properly. ON THAT SAME AFTERNOON, we noticed flaws never seen before in both our washer and dryer. Our washer was now ridiculously loud during its spin cycle, while our dryer triggered error "PF" (power failure). I notified Angel immediately, sent him pictures, etc., and his immediate reply was that he was there to fix the washer's "water drain issue" I had reported and wasn't aware of any other defects. I have since followed up with your repairman numerous times and he seems to be ignoring my messages at this point. (Thanks?) FOLKS, I called you to fix my washer and its full washing cycle (and NOT just the water pump issue). Today, 10 days later, my washer now triggered a new code, "F20"... I notified Angel, again, but I doubt he'll respond. $375, down the drain, during a pandemic... Thanks. read more

I haven't been this pleased in a long time with many Companies like I was with On Premise Appliance Repair! I had an emergency Freezer repair on a Sunday. To my surprise, they were on call on a Sunday!!!! Gave me a time frame (3 hours) and made it here on the 3rd hour. Jamie came out pin point the problem fast and gave me the option of fixing the issue. Since my freezer was very old, I chose to do a small fix until I purchase a new one. I called on premise alliance repair through Angies List, they missed the first appointment then after coming a day late gave me a quote for $290 for a drain valve. I thought it was high but after investing the trip charge anyway agreed to the repair the next day. - the technician said the part was ordered so it would be in that day. Texted Jerry G the technician and he never showed or responded . Called the main office who said they would get him out and after three days nothing.
