However, the recliners that Ashley delivered did not have the USB charging ports. We communicated with the store manager and sales person asking them to remedy this situation. However, we know what we looked at in the store. We simply want what we saw in the store, and which is advertised online at other outlets. However, they are saying it does not exist, even though from the above evidence we know that it does exist. We asked for a refund so that we can purchase the item from another furniture outlet. However, they say that they will not do this, but that we can select from other recliners in the store. The problem for us is, we like the recliner and don't want to select from other recliners in the store. So, what would satisfy us from most to least preferred? 1) Replace our recliners with the model that has the USB port. 2) Replace the remotes on our recliners with those that have the USB port. 3) Give us a full refund so that we can purchase the item elsewhere. 4) Discount the purchase price so that we can somehow add USB port features to adjacent furniture.

I call the store at around 3:15 asking about the status. The guy says the truck is about to be unloaded, but he's not supposed to be there anyway (the store is supposed to be open until 8). I head to the store and the doors are locked, but the open sign is still on and another message with a phone number is left on the door. No answer at the door and the phone number listed (and the store phone) doesn't answer. I call again.. they go straight to voicemail (and the voicemail is full... because of course). So here's to another night of sleeping on towels. Moral of the story? Piss poor customer service. Go to Mattress Firm.
