I wish I could find my original reviews I wrote over a year ago so that I may update them as I'm not sure where I put the review, but this place truly doesn't get the credit it deserves on Yelp. First off, we purchased the warranty service, always get those things. It proved to serve us well as a part of our dryer gasket was torn shortly after purchasing, but the manager (I think his name was Tryson) was quick to come out and service it himself and replace the piece back to working order. I truly appreciate that impeccable service as I was freaking out thinking that I had probably purchased a faulty machine, but I didn't. Fast forward to our third year with our set and my washing machine now has issues... Joseph (on the service/repair crew) did his best to find the issue(s) and boy was there issues. We waited on multiple parts and service calls to see if the machine could be fixed. It took forever (as most ppl know everything is backordered or has been taking forever to get) I took our loads and loads of laundry to the coin laundromat, you can only imagine what my car looked like filled with laundry for three adults (my mom is staying with us for a bit) and four children (a very active soccer/fitness family with lots of laundry). I needed my washing machine more than ever. My only wish was that if we knew it was going to take so long parts and repair, I honestly would've purchased an inexpensive washer from FHM to use in the meantime, but they didn't expect it was going to take as long as it did. They do not work two days out of the week, but the communication and updates were excellent even between the non-working days. They eventually were able to fix it, but Joseph was able to contact me directly through calls and emails and suggested I take a new one in place of mine due to heavy cosmetic rust damage to the inside lining. His honesty is definitely one of the biggest reasons we will come back for future appliances. I happily agreed and was so excited to receive it. It was scheduled to be delivered around 2-4pm yesterday, but I got a call in the morning from the drivers stating that they were very busy and couldn't deliver in my expected time-frame and said I may have to wait during the weekday unless I was willing to wait until after 6pm. Of course I said yes to waiting. Sure enough they were super busy and deliver near 9pm. Even thought it was rather late, I am beyond appreciative of their continued push to get deliveries out even so late on a Saturday. Thank you Four High Management!

I was given a confirmed delivery date and time window, which required me to take time off work. Five minutes before delivery, I received a call informing me that the associate who sold me the appliances had set up the order incorrectly, making it impossible to complete the delivery as scheduled. I fully understand that mistakes happen; that part is not what frustrated me. The issue is the financial impact this oversight had on my family due to missed work--and the fact that I will now need to take additional time off when the remaining appliances finally arrive. I recognize that Warners' Stellian is a business with its own processes and interests, but there should be some level of financial accountability when an internal error creates a burden for the customer. Ok, close it down folks, I've found my new appliance repair guy for the foreseeable future…read more I had started down the YouTube instructional video.. you know the ones that make everything look incredibly easy, but then it turns out it's a marginally different model of dryer and completely changes the whole equation? Yeah, one of those. So about fifty suppressed swear words later, I'm on the phone with The Other Guy, and we're booked for a short window the next day. He jumped right in and dismantled the entire thing to clean it out, test out parts, and make sure he got it right. He showed me how the burner was glowing too hot, which means we'd just be replacing it again in a handful of months. We tested and tried different things on it, and he landed on an airflow issue (in addition to already fixing the broken part), and shortened our exhaust duct. He stuck around to make sure this fix was it and was going to take, and it's been humming ever since. I also found his pricing fair, and will go to him again (but good lord hopefully not for a while, we've had enough of these things this year). On last note -- just call him. I know. I want to send the message and hope it works out, but I think it's easier and more likely to happen if you just call on this one.
