I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with Warners' Stellian warrants one. While the delivery team themselves were excellent--professional, courteous, and efficient--the sales and logistics side of the process was extremely disappointing. I was given a confirmed delivery date and time window, which required me to take time off work. Five minutes before delivery, I received a call informing me that the associate who sold me the appliances had set up the order incorrectly, making it impossible to complete the delivery as scheduled. I fully understand that mistakes happen; that part is not what frustrated me. The issue is the financial impact this oversight had on my family due to missed work--and the fact that I will now need to take additional time off when the remaining appliances finally arrive. I recognize that Warners' Stellian is a business with its own processes and interests, but there should be some level of financial accountability when an internal error creates a burden for the customer. As a result of this experience, I will be sharing my story with others so they can make informed decisions--just as Warners' Stellian protects their interests, customers deserve the same consideration. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WARNERS' STELLIAN!!! Bought a front-loading Speed Queen washer from Warners' Stellian in Leawood, KS. The installation crew did not have the proper tools to install the washer. My husband had to loan them his tools to do the job. They struggled to install it, even with my husband's tools. The washer is unbalanced and moves across the floor. I called repairs twice to talk to someone about it. The first person said to run it for awhile and see if the problem resolves. The next time I called, I "Joe" told me to push on each corner of the washer, and if it didn't rock, it was balanced. I told him I am a small woman, and I probably am not the correct person to evaluate the washer in that way. He said, no, that shows it is not unbalanced. He also said I need to wash bigger loads, which I replied I have washed large loads and small loads and it does the same thing. He said, since it is not unbalanced, a service call would not be covered under the warranty. They will not fix, what is clearly an installation issue by their own company. Avoid! read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing a washer and dryer from the Leawood store. We dealt with Brock and paid in full for a washer and dryer to be delivered to our new house 4 weeks after the purchase. Brock guaranteed us that both were in stock and would be delivered on 11/24/25. Yesterday the delivery driver showed up with just the dryer. We received no notification that the washer wasn't available until the driver showed up. Once we spoke to Brock the next day, he gave us a soft apology and tried to tell us it would be available in another week or two. We found out we could get the same washing machine for the same price at Lowe's delivered the next day, with constant text communication from the salesperson. We asked for our delivery fee to be reimbursed for our inconvenience and was told "no". Horrible customer service. They had a chance to make it right by giving us our delivery fee back and chose not to. We are highly unsatisfied with our experience. This company was horrible to deal with. They are nice until they make the sale and after that they do not care about the customer. Clearly they just want their commission. We purchased all our new appliances for our new house from them. The issues we have had are too many to list. But it has been a nightmare. Two of the appliances were damaged when they delivered them. One was the refrigerator which was obvious it was damaged but they were hoping we wouldn't notice. The other one they just basically said well we will give you $100 credit rather than fixing it. They also installed the range hood crooked. The installers left their trash and a mess all over after they did the installation. There were all kinds of problems with the microwave. Their managers are rude and definitely don't care about customer service. Anyway it has just been a nightmare. You would think after we spent $13,000 on appliances, they would treat the customer better and want us to be satisfied, but they do not care. Don't fall for their advertising that tells you they are a family company that cares about the customer. Don't waste your time and money with this company. There are plenty of other places to do business with. I just wish we would have done our research better before we dealt with this company. read more
