I ordered a stove, and while the installers delivered it, they failed to properly level the grates -- making the stove completely unusable. I can't place a single pot or pan on it without it tipping. I called immediately to have this corrected and was scheduled for follow-up service not once, but twice -- and both times were no-shows with zero communication. Today, after yet another call, I was told the visits were cancelled because the installers "aren't service techs" and "aren't responsible" for making sure the appliance actually works. This level of disregard for a paying customer is appalling. I am shocked by how little accountability or concern Home Depot has shown. If this is the standard of service, I will never purchase a major appliance from them again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
