Long story short is that i experienced racism when buying a phone, complainted to best buy customer service phone line and got nowhere. Left a review on google stating my experience the day it happened and best buy refused to acknowledge fault or racially charved comments and actions. Ever seen a company beg you to stop shipping with them...look no further. My google review: "On 11/1/24 bestbuy had a promotion for the Motorola Razr devices. I went in to purchase one and was met by Rich the general manager. I informed him of my desire to buy the phone since it was on sale and was told that it was coming up full price on their end. I showed him kn my phone that the Razr on bestbuy.com was half off and asked that they price match it. I was told that it wouldn't work and to just buy it online. Since I was already there I went ahead and did it so I could get it and go since it didn't make a difference to me. After buying online as directed I was told that I would have to wait an hour or better for the device to finish processing the payment through the fraud system. I was completely taken back by this because they were making it seem like I was trying to commit a crime by buying a phone. I got upset because this was racial profiling I stated that this was a waste of time because they could have price matched their own website. The manager Rich could have cared less and Ben the cashier bent on making condescendingcomments couldn't care either. I reported this store to best buy and will be reaching out to my attorney as I was racially profiled and robbed of dignity by following the rules that best buy set for engagement. I do not recommend this location or best buy in general. I would suggest going to Amazon, Walmart...even eBay for better treatment. Money is support, do not support those who act in this manner." Purchased 7 boxes of vinyl planks the arrival dates they told me were off by a week. The molding…read morepieces shipped a week after those. I called them to verify they were there at the store when I went to pick them up only five boxes were there. I went home called them a couple days later when they said the other box would ship, they said those boxes were there. I went there to pick them up and those boxes were not there. I had to go back a third time to finally get the boxes when I got there, they had no idea where the packages were and It took an hour for them to find them. They only use one installer for the floor. I had booked the installer they use and had to reschedule the installer for another date. I booked an appointment and on the morning of the appointment the flooring company they contract with canceled. So you're telling me they only have two guys for all of Home Depot to do flooring installs? Plus they couldn't reschedule me for the same day. The entire experience is horrible. Home Depot may offer some deals here and there and products here and there, but their service and their follow-through and customer service is horrendous. The GS flooring company I would not recommend but that's the only flooring company Home Depot uses. So unfortunately now you're stuck they've got your money and you have no recourse at this point. Customer Service has gone down the hill. No one cares about their jobs anymore. They fleece the American public in general. The American people get screwed over by corporations. Then they respond apologizing yada yada yada put some link below for you to fill out a Webform and you can't even click on it to enter any information. It's all a bunch of BS.

The DAY of the delivery, I was notified by email that my appliance was "back ordered". Huh? I ordered them in July! It turns out they lie about ordering them and having them in their warehouse. It turns out that, as a result, my kitchen project was severely delayed costing me thousands of dollars. They gave me $500 as "compensation" (on a $25,000 order) It they aren't crooks, they are liars. if they aren't liars, they are bad business people. In any case - STAY AWAY FROM PLASS!!!!!!! In 2011, purchased a new oven and stove from Plass. Also bought the "extended warranty" (thru…read more2016). Low and behold, the extended warranty is now worthless as Plass shut down all of their stores, and there is no parent company to honor the warranties for people. There seems to be some sister corporation based in St. Louis, but thus far, we have have to jump through hoops and it has been a tedious process even trying to get thru to this company between sending written letters and voice-mails in between the last two weeks of the Christmas and New Years holiday.. Our stove's "self-cleaning" feature hasn't worked in awhile, so it appears we are now stuck. Should we get through to this possible sister company and get resolve, we will be happy to not only update our review but provide information to anybody else this same situation may have happened to..
