The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. Does it get any better than this? I will be using SMA for any future service needs.

We gave them the benefit of the doubt that he did what he thought was best and called them back for a dryer issue. This technician said nothing was wrong, yet the problem has continued. Home Depot may offer some deals here and there and products here and there, but their service and their follow-through and customer service is horrendous. The GS flooring company I would not recommend but that's the only flooring company Home Depot uses. So unfortunately now you're stuck they've got your money and you have no recourse at this point.
