Stock is always changing, so you never know what you might find! And if not exactly what you're looking for, try again the next week! I can't say enough about how great Jerry is. He listened to all of my wants (and complaints about the dryer my landlord supplied that was leaking gas). He really knows his stuff! He could tell what was wrong with the old one, but it would cost more than even a new dryer to replace the part! He can also do repairs! We went to the store in the afternoon and had the installation the next morning!! He delivered from Hayward to Oakland, up a five-step walk-up porch, did full installation (supplying the tape), and took away the old one!!! All by himself! I had removed the bathroom and laundry room doors to fit the machines through and he even offered to put the doors back for me!! The dryer started making a noise the second time I used it and he came out the next day and fixed it (it was an easy alignment fix). No fuss! Kyle arrived and trouble shot the problem and determined that the motherboard died. New one ordered. Kyle installed the new board... NO JOY IN MUDVILLE!! Checking... rechecking.... Finally he determined what caused the issue was a double fault. A short on the main power input caused the mother board to fail. All is good.... Thanks to perseverance!! Well done Kyle.

There were 4-5 employees standing there chatting, and not a single one acknowledged us during the entire time we waited. We were told someone needed to either bring the grill down from the rack or retrieve it from a pallet in the back. What was particularly frustrating was that there were several employees available yet they chose to send the woman to handle the task alone. This isn't about questioning her capability it's about common sense and teamwork. We then spoke with another employee who repeatedly tried to convince us to purchase the floor model that was already assembled. I'm sorry, but if I'm spending $700 on a grill, I want a brand-new product straight out of the box. The fact that my purchase seemed like an inconvenience to the employees doing the job they're paid to do is not acceptable. After nearly an hour of waiting with no resolution, we decided to leave. We drove to Lowe's instead and received outstanding customer service. Not only were the employees helpful and attentive, but they even offered us a complimentary gift. We were in and out within 25 minutes. Ironically, at Home Depot, one of the first things they asked for was our ID so they could sign us up for a credit card.
