May 26,2026 Hey! I guess I've been buying from Grace Ho for 3 years now! My most recent purchase was this past Memorial Day. She knows me by now and it's always easy dealing with her. But what happens when things go wrong? I bought an LG washer/dryer set and the washer had a crazy vibration that just seemed wrong. We hadn't had a new washing machine in a really long time, so we weren't entirely sure if this is how it was supposed to be. I contacted them (airport appliance at the time) and they asked me to send a video. After looking at the video, they confirmed that it wasn't right and arranged a pick up and delivery of a replacement in a few days. The new machine worked and continues to work great. My mother and I came to Homewise Appliance in search for a fridge to replace our existing one. We kind of already knew what we were looking for but needed an expert to guide us. There, we met Andy. Firstly he thanked us for coming in and asked what we were looking for. There we said a fridge and ideally one that has two vertical doors. He showed us an LG that had a clear window on the right side and both my mother and I really liked the way it looked. From there he answered any/every question we had about the fridge, we compared the amount of space vs our existing fridge. Something to note about my mother is that she's always looking for the best deal, whereas I prefer a one stop shop. Great prices, however they're installation team needs additional training and thicker skin. I'm not going to go into any details other than state unless they use another installation service, I won't be using airport Appliance / Homewise Appliance anytime soon. Very sad to waste an entire day (Day off from work) to wait for an installation team that comes 1+ hrs past their delivery window, then find out that they refused to do a dishwasher installation for us (obviously we paid for install and haul away). Misunderstanding on the installers part, but they left before management could clear things up. Hopefully we have better luck with Lowes. read more

I ended up making my purchases on their website on my own after having viewed the product in store. The setup up for delivery, installation and haul away were great. The reps that scheduled things were efficient. However. When I had a question about the product, I emailed the customer service email and never got a response. Great shopping experience of a few months ago. Talked to Andy on the phone before going to the store to make sure they had the fridge we wanted. He was with another customer when we arrived. Airport Home Appliance was recommended as a great place to shop around for kitchen appliances by folks around us who had also remodeled recently, so we came into AHA to browse the selection of stoves, microwaves, and range hoods. We happened to encounter Andy Lu during our visit, who was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable in appliances as well as the current and future promotions to take advantage of. We have been going to Airport, now Homewise, since 1997. We still have the first fridge we bought from them in the garage. This time, I was need of a wall oven to replace our 20 something year old oven. The first time I went there, just to browse, no one, I repeat, no one, spoke to me. No one said hello at all. There was an Asian woman at the front who completely ignored me. No problem. I left not too long after, since I didn't have much time anyway. I went back another day and was immediately greeted by Benny. I told him what I was looking for and he helped me decide what to get. He told me it was a special order, since it's really small and they didn't have it in stock. I told him I didn't mind waiting. I told him my experience when I went there and we chuckled a bit about it. I told him I was very happy he acknowledged me and helped me. I also told him that I didn't want anyone else to help me, especially that woman. He even toured me around the refrigerator section, since I told him I would be needing one next. He was very honest in his recommendations, and I surely and truly appreciate that. These aren't easy decisions to make, after all. My oven was finally delivered and Benny updated me as to its progress in the delivery phase as well. I'm very pleased with it. It's still a learning process for us because it has a lot of bells and whistles, but I'm happy that it fit my tiny space. Thank you, Benny! We purchased $11,000 worth of appliances here. It was a great experience with our salesman and we left feeling very educated and satisfied. However the payment plan they referred us to, Synchrony, "accidentally" deducted all $11,000 and change from our checking account on the first withdrawal. It has been 3 weeks now and even though their phone support points of contact acknowledge it seemed to be an error, they cannot figure out how to manage mailing us the refund, meanwhile they are simultaneously telling us they're going to draft us for the 2nd monthly payment (even though now it should be paid in full...). During the midst of a home renovation this has been very difficult since we had planned on paying over time. Word to the wise, I strongly recommend against doing any financing as referred by Homewise Appliance. Synchrony is borderline fraudulent at worst, and incompetent at best. Well now it's my problem, and others should know so they don't end up in the same situation. Will also be reporting Synchrony to the BBB and my bank. read more

Daniel is such a great salesman. In August, he patiently helped us purchase a washer and dryer. We weren't sure of exactly what we wanted and he patiently explained all the different options to us to help us find the best fit for our situation. I had some trouble submitting the rebate forms and he kindly offered to do it for me. This past week, I came home to find my garage freezer had completely died. With two turkeys and lots of frozen items this was pretty stressful. I called Daniel and he was immediately able to give me different options.
