I initially submitted a review of this establishment but they did not like the review so they contacted my landlord to have it removed. Since I coincidentally didn't receive my lease renewal I removed it but now that's no longer a concern I will resubmit my original review which I still fully stand by: Ana was such a horrid and vile individual that I wouldn't suggest this business to anyone unless your goal is to bring someone else misery. She seems as if she incapable of providing truthful information or controlling her emotions when she is "overwhelmed" by phone calls. I will say outside of dealing with Ana the quality of the I received was crappy and dirty. While it is understandable the products are refurbished and not brand new it shouldn't look as if they were recently removed from a foreclosed home. The delivery driver Jason was more than kind and pleasant to communicate with. Hopefully he can guide Ana on how to be more like him when communicating with customers/clients. Having a broken fridge while being a breastfeeding mother is hard enough and unfortunately Ana used her position to not only drag out the situation longer than needed but be she was a total b**** to someone who just wanted truthful information. I initially tried to give Anna grace and thought maybe she was having a bad day as we all do but she is simply a vile individual as she dragged out providing a clean and functioning fridge for 25 days! Instead of reaching out to have negative reviews taken down simply read the criticism, see how you all could do better as a company so it doesn't happen again and then take those steps. read more

Absolute pleasure doing business with Ana! Came by in need of a refrigerator, explained the style and size I was looking for and she quickly showed me several options. We narrowed it down and within a few minutes I was leaving with a nice, clean, working used refrigerator at a great price AND with a warranty! Hope to not need the warranty, but as an AC service technician I understand the risk of buying a used fridge and appreciate the inclusion of any kind of warranty. Absolutely the most unreliable and unprofessional service experience I have had to date. I have been trying to get someone out here to fix a washing machine for over a week now, and every day I've called and Tara, the woman answering the phones promises someone will be there 'tomorrow'. I did manage to get one service time scheduled between 3-7pm and no one arrived. When I called this morning, she called the driver while I was on speakerphone and the driver said no one was home, and no one answered the phone. Tara says to me, "well we can't fix your washer if no one is home. I'm going to send you a picture." What picture? I asked. "A picture of you not home." What? I was home?! And how is a picture going to get the washer fixed anyway? When I explained these things she turned into Karen and started yelling at me, and then hung up on me. Unfortunately my property manager is sick and can't deal with these people so she asked me to. After a week of their lies I'm going to find another company. read more

We are so happy with this company. I have had really bad luck with used refrigerators lately and was drawn in by their 6 month warranty and 5 star ratings. They have a huge selection of refrigerators, plugged in, beautifully cleaned. Free delivery! So I picked one out and they delivered the next day. It froze up, they came out and fixed it. It froze up again, they replaced it. They were very fast and most helpful throughout. The repairmen and delivery guys are the most knowledgeable I've met. Very good people here. read more

I bought a refrigerator and stacked washer and dryer about 8 years ago for my previous home. Now I'm in a brand new home bought pre construction with brand new appliances. Within the past two years have had issues with all top of the line whirlpool appliances while the old appliances bought at this store continue to work perfectly. They came in May to fix my 70 year old mothers dryer and we're affordable and professional. Then they called her a week ago and told her they came to the house a second time. The lady was very rude when my mother insisted they fixed it in May and never came back. She told my mother that she owes them another 117 and that her husband called and made the appointment. My father passed away a year ago and my mother is a widow so she knew for a fact they were wrong and falsely charging her. They still claim they came on a Wednesday at four pm even though no one was home at my mothers house since she works full time . We bought washer/dryer set, the washer broke within three months and had to be replaced under warranty (which it's only three months). Two years later both washer and dryer broke again, when they told us it should last 10 years. We ended up buying a new dryer but tried to repair the washer instead. The lady wanted to charge us $175 when most major companies charge only $75. After not agreeing with the price, the lady on the phone Ana, insulted us and screamed all kind of disrespectful things.
