When I purchased my washer dryer piggyback they were extremely nice. My washing machine started to make a strange noise about 1 year after I purchased it. I had a warranty on it. CRS came out fixed it and ordered the other piece. There was no charge since they are a Frigidaire service. If I ever need another Appliance I will definitely go to CRS appliances. He and Rodney, his very knowledgeable sales person, followed through from selection to delivery. The team was wonderful with helping me navigate the sale, while respecting my budget and needs. The office staff was friendly and explained everything. The day of delivery was just as positive an experience. Julian and Josh arrived within the timeframe and went to work immediately, bringing in the new and taking away the old appliances. I can't believe the 1 star reviews. These are returned products. So yes USED! That's why I purchased a $2600.00 Induction range for $1000.00. 1st time using oven was Thanksgiving. I realized then the convection fan was not running, changed to regular bake and had a good turkey. The next day I pulled out the range and found a bad convection fan, convection element, cooling fan and main oven board. The owner Johnathan said he would gladly replace it, but being a appliance repair man for33 yrs I asked him if I received the parts wholesale and I did the repair would he pay for the parts? He said whatever was good for me. I really like the range so I did not to replace it with another. I purchased the parts and everything is working great. yesterday he refunded my credit card $430.45! I have been dealing with them for about 1-2 months and this is the worse company I have ever dealt with in my life. The are unprofessional and supply you with equipment that doesn't work, not one time but they kept delivering me stuff that didn't work until I told my landlord I had enough and to go somewhere else. Fraud and claim their machines are brand new but delivered multiple machines that were dented up and wouldn't work. Their customer service skills are unlike no other, they are not helpful and don't seem to care about their customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. The also will destroy your property as they did while removing the machine and didn't say anything. I wouldn't even give them any stars but unfortunately you have to pick something. Absolutely terrible. Driver of the company collided with our basketball hoop in front of our house after making a delivery. When we contacted the company, they stated they were not at fault. We provided them with ring doorbell camera footage of the collision, and they stated "the hoop was in the road", which it wasnt, as it is in our Driveway. They stated "Sorry for you loss" as if we was mourning a dead relative. Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Would never recommend this business to anyone, especially if this is how the manager, let alone the owner, treats people. We will be filing lawsuit. read more

CRS fixed my washing machine which had hard to find parts. One of the techs drive all the way down to south Miami to pick up the part and bring it back to Hollywood so he could fix my machine. CRS didn't event charge me extra for that. I was absolutely amazed by their rates. After I bough a house I bough a washer and dryer that sells used on Craigslist for over $1300 I paid $500 for both!!!!! They also delivered and installed them for only $50. This place is amazing, called the because my dryer broke, they came the next day,The dryer needed a new on off switch, they called the company and the part is in back order not knowing when they will get it in. Our dryer was old anyway so we placed an order for a new dryer with them, the dryer will take about two weeks to get in and they didn't want to leave us hanging, so they are lending us a dryer for that time being until we get the new one. No one does this for customers in this day and age, I was really speechless when this was offered to me. It is not worth buying a used washer that only lasted barely 1.5 years old for 450.00 and then having to put another $162.00 in repairs. This is a joke. I complained and got $100.00 back. I am shocked to read the negative reviews regarding the products and customer service at CRS Appliances! My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful experience at CRS! We were dealing with a completely broken fridge. After several days, which ended up turning into several weeks (yikes - I know! Several weeks without a fridge or freezer! We were literally living out of a little cooler just to keep essentials like milk and drinks cold!) My boyfriend found CRS online through a Google search in our area and decided to drive over there, since it was about 5 minutes from our house, and give them a shot. He was pleasantly greeted by a woman named Kris. He explained our situation to her and she had astonishing knowledge of exactly what happened to our fridge/freezer. Turns out the fan in our freezer went out and everything was frozen over - which obviously caused the fan to stop working and everything else, including the fridge, as well. She gave him several DIY ideas and told him if none of those worked, to come back in with the broken part (the fan) to see if they could fix it in the store. My boyfriend came back home hopeful that one of her DIY ideas would work but unfortunately, the age and condition of our freezer was just too far gone to be fixed at home. Thus, the next day (I had off work so I was able to accompany my boyfriend when he went back to CRS) we headed back to CRS with the broken part in hand. Again, from the moment we walked in, we were pleasantly greeted by the owner, Chuck. We asked to speak with Kris and she immediately remembered my boyfriend and the problem he came to her with. She took one look at our broken fan and said what we feared - it was completely shot. :( Therefore, time to look for a new fridge. Chuck then guided us over to the warehouse and showed/suggested a couple fridges to us. Note: he did NOT take us to the most expensive, stainless steel, etc. type of fridges, as he knew this is not what we wanted or needed. He recommended a simple GE fridge that suited our needs perfectly. With an amazing price of $250 for a nearly brand new GE (one of the best models in the industry) we were sold. I asked about how we would get the fridge to our house/remove the broken one and Chuck said for an additional charge of $35 (I can't even get my nails done for that price!) they would come out the next business day, remove our broken fridge and install the new one. He also said Kris (the lady we met earlier) would call us later that day to let us know what time they would be able to deliver our new product the next day. We paid and left happier than clams! Less than an hour after getting back home, we received a call saying they would be delivering our fridge early the next morning. Perfect! At about 8:30am the next morning, my boyfriend's phone rang and sure enough, they were about 5 minutes away! Two very nice young men came into our home and first, removed our broken fridge. When one of them went to unplug the fridge, he noticed that our power outlet was extremely loose and suggested we quickly tighten it up with a screwdriver not just for better use but for safety, as well. (Quick side note - I am assuming this is the young man whom another reviewer referred to as "Duck Dynasty-ish" because he had a ponytail and tattoos on both arms. Judgmental much? Because I'm sure you're just a basket of perfect fruit yourself, right? He knew how to do the job quickly and efficiently and even went the extra mile by suggesting we tighten our power outlet - that's really what should matter - not his appearance.) Next step was bringing in and placing our new fridge exactly where we wanted it and it looked great! We turned the power back on to ensure it worked and voila - new fridge perfection! They even took a picture of it so they could show the work they did. I was extremely happy, impressed, and satisfied! As was my boyfriend. I would recommend CRS to anyone looking for a new or slightly used appliance at a great price and overall extremely satisfying experience! Thanks again, CRS! Bad experience, especially with the owner. I bought my refrigerator from them a few years back and it has required many repairs, according to the owner, a repairman came out 7-9 times over the last couple of years. I paid for all repairs when the fridge was no longer under warranty, without complaint. The repairman was always very polite, although there was one problem that he could not fix and never returned for and I called multiple times to have someone return, to no avail. Finally, it completely broke down the other day and when I asked them to come in for this repair, they told me because I didn't have the serial number (which by the way, was removed before I made the purchase - kind of fishy, in my opinion) that they could not service it because they didn't know what model it was. When I said I had multiple repairs on it already, they told me they no longer serviced my neighborhood. Won't be doing business with them again. read more

Here is the situation: We replaced a broken refrigerator in our apartment, I'm not sure if that original refrigerator was from them as well. But we bought another refrigerator from them in November, since we do not use the Freezer all too much we went several months without freezing stuff, then one day we decided to buy ice cream. The next day we decided to eat some, we noticed the ice cream was in liquid form and we figured this refrigerator was now broken. Our suspicions were correct as now the food in the refrigerator were not properly cooled and we didn't realize it. OK, so we requested this to be fixed, it took nearly 3 days for someone to attempt to fix, he attempted to fix, only to leave without noticing....it was not fixed at all. We left for a 3 day weekend, came back all of our food (the little food we had left from this already broken refrigerator) was spoiled, bugs started to come into our apartment. OK, so we cleaned up the mess and scheduled it to be fixed and/or replaced. KEY WORD: Scheduled. My fiance and I are both working professionals and wanted this to be fixed immediately, we scheduled an appoint for 4:15...this should be priority NUMBER 1 for product you sold us not properly working that nearly poisoned us for 3 months. Back to the scheduled 4:15p delivery....guess what: It did not happen. Received a customer service call, they were busy in another area, said they'd call me with an update. I never received a call until next morning while I was at work. I did forget to mention I left work early to make this 4:15 scheduled delivery. I'm an upset customer, but I take reviews seriously and I tend to be as unbiased as possible. This business model is based on appliance delivery. They failed to deliver to me the right product and service several times costing me both time and money. My recommendation is this: If you need an appliance cheap and delivered, rent a UHAUL, check craigslist and Test the hell out of the appliance. Or there may be several competitors out there, give them a shot. read more

Water line in door of GE fridge kept freezing up on daily basis. I could thaw it with about 20 minutes of space heater air on door. Called CRS Appliance repair and asked if they could install the GE water line tube heater that I could see online that solves this known issue. They are supposed to be the experienced experts, right? After 5 days of trying to see if they could do it, Robert finally shows up with his son, can we say Duck Dynastyish appearance? Claims that he learned on the way over that there was no place to plug in that part on my fridge in the door. The he says to try lowering the temp setting on the fridge first, then he'll come back and install a new thermister (sp?), some sort of temp control mechanism on the board to keep the freezer from getting too cold for $260. Charged me $50 trip fee then left. Total ripoff, I paid for nothing. I already had thermostat set on warmest setting and he could have told me that on the phone, but suspecting he's motivated to get a trip fee. That guy clearly lacked understanding and couldn't research what to do when I easily could as a non appliance expert, inexcusable. I called up the used appliance store in Garland, RD Appliances, txted them a photo of the door, and model #, they knew what I was talking about and sent out a guy the next day who installed that exact part in the door, (guess there WAS a place to plug it in, the CRS guy either was mistaken or flat out lied), $156 total. Waterline hasn't frozen up in a week, it's fixed. CRS lacks knowledge and ability, slipshod operation at best. Hide your wallet from these ppl. Never again. read more

1st visit the tech diagnosed problem and said timer & motor was needed. 2nd visit tech was sent with only timer...dryer still didn't work. 3rd visit tech was sent with a timer & motor and it was said it was the wrong motor. 4th visit I arrive 15 minutes late and they are pist after I have missed 3 days for work waiting for their techs. 4th tech very rude. I told him I would be home at approx. 1:30 and comes here and waits about 10-15 minutes and leaves so I just missed him. I called Jonathan, service manager to see if he could make tech come back because tech said I had to wait another day. Jonathan said he would call me back and did not. I called him back 20 minutes later and he says tech is at my home which now again I am not there as Jonathan never called me back to say tech would come back. I said I will be back in 5 minutes turning around..I get back in 5 minutes and tech is there. I called Jonathan and said really after I missed 3 days of work you tech cant wait and Jonathan hung up the phone one me. Very rude and unprofessional. No communication. Working hard not smart..wasting my time and theres coming out 4 times rather than just fixining the problem and coming with the right parts. The hatian tech who came out 3rd and 4th also very rude.
