Purchased a Miele vacuum cleaner very recently. I had my Kenmore canister vacuum repaired and serviced here in the past along with a dog groomer blow dryer. The service and repairs are exceptional. I have so much confidence in this business that it led me to replace my Kenmore with my new Miele. The new vacuum cleaner is awesome and it doesn't hurt that the BEST warranty coverage is provided (full 5 years). Recently took my scrubber, which I like a lot, in for a persistent problem. A few days later Oreck Boca Raton advised me that I could pick it up. When I arrived the scrubber they had WAS NOT MINE..... IT WAS A BRAND NEW SCRUBBER IN A BOX EXACTLY LIKE THE ONE I WAS SO FOND OF!! It seems they decided that it was giving more trouble than it should and petitioned the manufacturer (not an ORECK product, they repair most all makes & models) to give me a new replacement.
