As a single mom it is very expensive for me to replace a refrigerator full of food. They have had to take my 2nd fridge in to work on it and try to fix it. Service was ok, the guy was knowledgeable and upfront. We purchased a whirlpool top loading washer. They delivered to my house same day for a small charge. Everything was fine but I then noticed my cycles would just run and run, I can only imagine how much water I wasted that month. I called and the woman walked me thru the steps to reset the washer. It didn't work but I tried a few times and called back. The owner came out a day or two later and fixed the washer! Haven't had any issues since his repair! I highly recommend, they give you 90 days for any exchanges and having the option for a quick repair is convenient. I appreciate your time and service!

I needed my stove fixed and I made the biggest mistake of coming here for a solution. This guy came to my house and it was more than evident he didn't have a damn clue what he was doing. He kept calling his buddies asking them for help and watching YouTube video tutorials for guidance and even then he made a bigger mess. The initial problem ended up being that one stove burner wasn't working at all and needed a slight adjustment. Instead he destroyed all of the burners, cut the gas lines to the point where I had to turn off the gas lines to the entire house (thank God I am a general contractor), started drilling holes and completely damaged the whole unit. After some time of him "working" on my stove he said he needed to go to home depot to buy a part however he never returned. So now I was left with a completely unusable stove, I called him back to see when he was going to come back and finish the job. He kept saying he was going to come by and finish the job. Well after two months of waiting, constantly asking for him to fix the bigger problem he left me with and having to use a camping stove in the meantime I reached out to him again however this time to my surprise he started ignoring my calls, and texts, still no working stove. It wasn't until I alerted him that I was taking him to court for all the damages he had caused that he got back in contact with me. Just to assault and attack me verbally and threaten me to the point of physical injury. I ended up having to get a second opinion because I needed a stove, they told me that the only fixing it needed was a slight adjustment instead he destroyed the whole stove for no reason. He had no clue what he was doing, unprepared and not qualified to be working with natural gas lines. Thank God I hired a certified technician and my stove was deemed unsafe to the point that I had to purchase a new one. As a general contractor myself, I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. If I had recorded the verbal assaults and threats I would have pressed charges. Now I know this guy is going to reply to my review like he has to many others and claim that he has never worked with them before which is why I am including photos of him and the disaster I was left with.

Most of the time they can order it for you. Just note the product number so you can be precise. Home Depot & Lowe's generally sell the "installation kit" of appliances separately do their price will appear lower, but Britt's includes all that the last time I checked. So if you're comparing prices, be sure you are checking the final cost with everything.

Britts installed hardwood throughout the main floor, approx. 11K 7 years ago, they caused a lot of damage to walls and even the front of our stainless-steel fridge when they tilted it to move it. Getting a response from anyone was a challenge, they kept referring me back to the Britt family member who handled our remodel, we never got it resolved. The new KitchenAid cooktop they delivered had a very clouded appearance to it. This time they just casually told us to contact KitchenAid, not them to have a new one ordered and then call them to reinstall. Really? No responsibility on their part to make the calls, order a new one, make arrangements to get it resolved? We had no shouting matches or arguments with them just have quietly taken our business elsewhere and will again as we remodel our new home and prepare this one for sale. I know our business is probably a drop in the bucket for Britt's - they very much made us feel that way - although we saved for quite a while to do all of our remodels, but supporting small, local businesses has to work both ways. They also have to care about the big and small customers (in total we have spent about 75K with them) and appreciate the loyalty that repeat business represents. The items are returned due to dents but functionality it still work great. Van offered to deliver the refrigerator and a washer for us for a small fee using his pick up truck. We took the other 2 items with our mini-van. All 4 appliances worked great when we tested them at home. Good to know Van will take care of you within 30 days if there is any problem with the appliances. And some small fee for service call with a 3rd party for a year after that. But as long as they work within the first 30 days, you shouldn't have any problem. I highly recommend this store! Great price and great customer service.
