Concerns are raised as if the facts have already been decided, with little space to explain the actual situation or be heard. I understand that property management has responsibilities. But basic curiosity, respect, and humanity should be part of the job. I have not experienced that here. I feel dismissed and alienated in my own building. Residents deserve communication that begins with a question, not an accusation.
