If you haven't figured it out yet, Silver Spur is a t-shirt shop geared towards tourists. There are a plethora of designs on the walls to choose from. The neat thing is that you get to pick your color and size t-shirt and they add the design while you wait. I picked an absurd one and my youngest picked a cat in space design. She loves it and I love mine. The design has held up through many washes and looks as good as other shirts I have ordered online. If you want an absurd shirt, make sure you stop here.

When I enter, I was not greeted and actually stood at the front desk staring at the attendant for a while before I finally said "I could use some help". Yes, she was busy with another customer but she could have at least acknowledged me. Having a personal history working in retail, that's what you do, especially when you walk into a high end custom shop. I end up picking a shirt off the rack because I didn't have my dad's measurements to make a custom guayaberas and all I wanted was my dad's name embroidered on it. I pay for the shirt and the embroidering which cost over $200 (whatever, my dad is worth it and the material was nice) and the lady (same lady that ignored me) said it would take 2-3 weeks for the embroidering and they would call when it was ready. 3 weeks pass and no call! I take time out of my schedule to go to the store to see what's up. No shirt. I tell the girl (new girl) I was concern d that my ordered wasn't entered because the original attendant didn't seem to really attend to me (no pun). She types some keys on my key board and says "yup you order is here, I'm sure it will be in by Monday, Wednesday at the latest". Thursday before Father's Day. Thursday, and no call. I go in yet again. Finally the manager is here to attend me. I explained my situation. She looks up my order and it's not in the system?!?!? Why would the previous girl from a week ago lie to me and tell me it was there? How was this over looked in the first place?? The manager assured me it will be ready by the next day and even offers to drive it to me the next day. I did finally end up with the guayabera but Dos Carolinas will never have my business again especially for something that's time sensitive such as holiday/birthday gifts, weddings or events. I gave them 2 stars because the quality of the shirt is nice and the manager did fix their wrongs and even offered to drop off the item with me, but not worth my stress or money really.

I've been frequenting his shop probably since he opened and he never fails! I literally do not need to try anything on when I go to this shop...he just knows and he's THAT good! Upon entering his shop, you're awed with the colors and creativity that he, himself, has created. Everything from his handmade hats, to clothing and jewelry. And if it doesn't fit, he has a sewing room in the back(where all the magic happens) where he can hem items for you. Today, I purchased a beautiful yellow blazer ("you're definitely a warm tone", says Anthony) and a white semi-cropped white knit top ("you love neutrals", he also says). He knows me! I was hesitant to purchase the cropped top due to my insecurities about my body. But Mr. Couleur Blinde' assured me that it's all in my head. So I'm stepping out in it without trying anything on. Today is his grand opening at his new location on Broadway next to Paloma Blanca. He's open until 9pm tonight so go check it out! The prices are reasonable and he has a couple of 50% off racks. You'll definitely find something you like even if it's the wine and chocolate-covered cranberries. And you won't be disappointed!

Not only that - the towels were different colors and designs. They looked at the towels and put a color that matched the towel best. Do not rent from this place…read more 1. On 1/17/26 I reserved a tuxedo. I was told to pick it up on Wednesday 1/21/26 and that I would get a call before 2pm 2. On Wednesday I called at 3:42, I was told they were about to call me. I had an event at 5 pm at a location at across town. I was given a tuxedo to try on with a shirt that was 3XL. I have never worn anything larger than a L. I was told they could hem the shirt and be ready by 6pm. When I informed them I had to be across town at 5pm the older clerk angrily said "do you want it or not?" I politely said I would pick it up Friday afternoon. The jacket would have to also be hemmed up to match the shirt sleeves. 3. Friday afternoon I had another event that run late so at 5:46 I called them to inform them I would be 8 mins late to pick up the tuxedo. 4. The shirt was still fitting to big but i thought if i keep the jacket during the whole event on Saturday it would be ok. 5. The jacket sleeved were hemmed up about two inches from the mark the young staff member had done. The older gentleman even said it was hemmed up way above the mark. That gentleman was able to fix the jacket sleeves on the spot. 6. On 1/24/26 at 10:01 the event organizer informed all attendees the event would be cancelled due to the deteriorating weather conditions. At 11:18 I called Image Avenue Clothiers to inform them I would be returning the rental. I asked about their cancellation policy the young staff lady informed she would call me in 30 mins because they never had that happen in the past. I did not receive any calls. 7. I showed up around 1:20 with the tuxedo and rental agreement that has a cancellation fee of 50% on it. I was told by the older staff lady that I would not get any refund. Spend you money somewhere were you will be treated better.

When I told him I was not happy with the way the suit turned out he tried to tack on an additional charge . The owner was super rude about it . They have all the options laid out in these books and on the iPad. It's easy to tell what you're getting, and get a good idea for how it's going to look. They offer everything from collar stays to full Oxford suits. They can also answer your style questions. I honestly had never thought about the fact that you can't combine polka dots and stripes and plaids. Did you know that your socks should not only match each other, but your outfit? My generous boss got me two custom ordered shirts. I've always had a hard time buying shirts that fit me properly. Since they came and measured me, I was able to get custom made shirts. But I had never been measured like that before. I must admit, I'm a bit of a freak with one arm longer than the other. However, Tom James came through and was able to custom tailor the shirts to accommodate my freakish proportions.

Obviously we were providing them with a good deal of business and were still not getting the service that was deserved. In order for your product to be processed you have to e-mail or call them several times or else you might as well forget about ever hearing from them again. Don't think that if you go see them in person it is any better because all you will find is a filthy store that contains open food containers and piles of clothing everywehre. Once our order was actually processed, the fun wasn't over because we realized that part of our order was completely wrong and some items that were printed were not even straight. Dealing with this matter was a nightmare because no one ever did apologize for the mistake that took place, nor were we given any reinbursment for the damaged clothing.
