Turns out the furnace emergency mode was tripped due to a dirty air filter. Our new build home recommended we replace our air filters every 6 months. For the type of furnace we have we should be replacing them monthly! Sean quickly reset the furnace after 5 minutes the cooling and heating started to work again. I would do business with these folks again as they were fast and the price was fair. If it wasn't for the heat wave coming I'm sure they would've scheduled me sooner.

Primary alternatives were to (a) repair the broken blower motor or (b) replace the Furnace (heater) and Compressor (A/C). After climbing on the roof and determining the issue, he gave me a repair price and also a price to replace the whole, almost forty-year-old, unit. The prices were very reasonable compared to other companies I had asked for a rough estimate. He didn't pressure me to choose the more expensive option at all. I chose to repair and the air conditioner was up and working less than ten minutes later because he had the two replacement parts already in his truck. Patrick returned my inquiries immediately and patiently listened to the issues with our AC. He informed me of the initial service charge for a site visit and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. I immediately received a confirmation text and another text 10 min before the appointment, letting me know Phillip was on his way! Phillip was prompt, polite, cool and just a great human being. Phillip checked everything out, sharing his observations every step of the way. Fortunately, it was a quick fix and the AC was back up and running!!! He shared the findings from the diagnostic readings and gave his opinion that the reading wasn't great (it's an old AC), but that I could still potentially get 5 more years? He casually went through the different options, what he would do if he were in my situation, etc. At no point during this process did I feel pressured to fix anything or buy anything or replace anything. (Though he did paint a picture of what I might expect in the future with the AC.) Since Phillip was able to fix the issue during the service call, no extra charges were added.
