The crepes looked delicious but I went with their turkey lovers wrap for something light and it was very good and fresh and they also heated it up which was very nice. Very impressive. I have worked in a mall for 12 years and watched restaurants come and go in the food court over the years. I have to say that this was the best meal I've had in a very long time. The proportion for the price point was spot on. I ordered the #16 and down it went. The staff was courteous and very friendly. I would give six stars if I could. I live in Palm Beach county and make the occasional drive down to this mall a few times a year, and the food made it well worth it. Apropo staff and management, Job well Done! read more

It's a shame that a place with such good crepes hires employees who don't seem to care about giving good customer service. They are downright rude! I've been eating here for many years (because my daughter loves it) and the "men" making the crepes have been rude on many occasions. Every time I pass by come to Apropo Crepes & Baguettes I start to crave the dessert crepe. Specifically the Banana Split crepe which the employees always seem to avoid adding the whipped cream which is included in the order. Today was no different. When I asked the employee if he could add it, he put an annoyed face and walked away in a huff looking around for it in three different places which means to me that they either don't stock up regularly, run out quickly, or plain out choose not to bother with ensuring their job is easier for them by staying properly supplied. The employees aren't the nicest, they can see me standing at the register, make eye contact with me and continue to talk to one another about their personal lives. Thats fine by me as long as your work performance isn't affected. I tried standing at three different registers and nothing. The girl making the sandwiches for my boyfriend said to go to the crepe said to have my order taken, after two attempts at different registers, she finishes his sandwich and takes our order and I was finally able to pay and have my order taken. They made my crepe but let it to cook too long so when they added the ice cream it melted right away. It was seeping through the plastic cone cups they give you, so I asked for a plate. Another thing I noticed was one of the employees grabbing an old strawberry that had chocolate on it and had been sitting there for awhile and add it to my crepe and then he added a alice of banana that also wasn't part of the cut up fruit originally placed on the crepe. The employees need to have much better cleanliness at their place of work, I cant imagine what else they are dropping and adding to people's orders when no one is looking. This place isn't all that bad. When the owner is there. Which is sad. You shouldn't need direct supervision to ensure you as an employee do your job properly. The owner has a good business but his employees are killing it. There are many times I or people I know will avoid going there because they have had a subpar experience. Fix the employees, customer service, and this place would be so much better. I'm probably done with the place which is sad, unless the owner show up, then the place is lively, everyone is alert and the food is made quite well. read more

Good food but terrible staff. They were rude and the males were openly making fun of some of their customers. I wrote a complaint to the company with everything that had gone wrong with that one experience I had with them and never got a reply. Male staff hit on me and continued after I made it clear I was not happy with what was going on. Extremely unprofessional male staff!!!! Will never go back. This used to be my favorite place for salmon sandwich which I used to have it every weekend , but in the last few weeks I have noticed that service has declined same as quality. Today I had the salmon sandwich again but this time had more slices of tomatoes than usual , two tin slices of salmon and I had to remind the girl making the sandwich that it was missing the basil. Really? First the staff is helping you like of they were in a South America supermarket , then the cashier when I complaint she told her to put more salmon ( like when you feel sorry for someone ) then I told her about the quality and all she said was . I can give you more basil, no apologies no nothing. They have an attitude and plus most of them don't speak English and literally they force you to speak Spanish . I am not asking for refund or anything just to be consistent . Not coming back . Will not recommend to anyone. read more

Horrible service, they take forever on my order while the employees chit chat with each other and talking to female clients which honestly look like walking rhinos. I wanted to write this review to tell you about my experience at this place. Last Thursday my boyfriend and I went to Dolphin Mall as usual. After done with our shopping we decided to stop by my favorite Creppe place "Apropo". The service here has always been good for us , everyone seems really nice and particularly the guy at the cashier( who I later found out was one of the managers at the place) who helped us decide on what to eat. Since we always have the same Creppe my boyfriend and I decided to try something different this time ,we had a Philly Crepe. It was delicious!!! Horrible service! The manager working the night shift on the 5th of November 2015 was shocked when my boyfriend and I were upset after he placed my boyfriend's crepe on a stove that was turned off.. its not as cheap as they make it out to be.. paid over $22 to eat a small salad that the manager ordered a girl who couldn't read english to make a salad she had never made before.. and the whole menu was in english.. apparently the staff do not have hearing when people talk to them as my boyfriend tried for almost 30 min(who is disabled and cannot be on his feet for long periods of time) was standing by watching his raw crepe on a stove that was turned off (i feel like i need to repeat THE MANAGER PLACED THIS CREPE ON THE STOVE), attempting to get one of the eight employees behind the counter to take attention to his crepe.. after I began talking in a loud manner was when the manager attempted to give my boyfriend a raw crepe.. and then decided to comment on how rude we were being to them.. this is after all of this.. asked for a refund.. I had already eaten my salad otherwise I would have returned it as well.. then the staff began trying to explain what was happening.. I'm sorry but after working ten years in the food industry myself, I know an incompetent manager and least customer service driven food place!!! They have no set order and the staff was extremely rude to customers. I will never eat here again.. I will ensure everybody I know avoids this place like the plague it is.. I visited this restaurant cafe yesterday with my fiancee and was extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service that this restaurant cafe has to offer , I dinne out daily and encounter different type of customer service and I believe this cafe should be praised and recognized for their outstanding service all the employees were courteous and really help full beyond expectations especially the manager in duty I personally had to praise him. The food was delicious, fresh my favorite is crepes of course because I am from France so I know about great crepes. I you want a delicious meal please I suggest you to visit apropo cafe restaurant in the Dolphin Mall , it was my first time visiting the Mall and I will definitely suggest to my friends and colleagues if they happen to be there. I work at Dolphin Mall. Apropo is a convenient spot for most mall employees to grab something quick. The thing is, it is never quick. The staff is horrible. Don't ask for a Colada or a Café Con Leche. They always burn the milk and always seem to get half a pound of coffee grinds in your drink. The staff has no care about the quality of the product they giving out. The food can be good at times, but it is never consistent. Every time I get something from there, I regret it. What keeps me going there is how convenient it is. I am at the point where my disappointment is out weighing the convenience of it. This place could be a gold mine if it had a better trained staff that cared about their customers. It is a shame that the owner does nothing to improve this issue. Its been years of terrible service. Let me just keep saying this, Terrible service. I actually got a Café Con Leche here today and its scorching hot and the milk is burnt. After writing this, I have convinced myself not to go back. I have giving you guys to many chances. I really wanted to love you guys, but my heart can only take so many heart breaks. read more
