The lady actually took a razor blade to it and destroyed it. A RAZOR BLADE! (See photos) I should have known when I walked into that sty that is was a mistake. The place is filthy, there is crap everywhere and probably the most unprofessional tailoring shop I have ever been in. So now I have to either find a new dress to get married in in 3 weeks or pay a small fortune to get it repaired somehow. Read the other reviews. These folks are a total disaster.

The one thing I was disappointed about was the pen markings at the bottom of my dress that were left on the hem (see yellow circles in photo). I didn't notice them until my wedding day and was really bummed to have pen markings on my white dress for photos, especially given the cost. I recommend bringing this up with your seamstress at the consultation appointment in hopes of avoiding a similar experience.
