Junior was very helpful and extremely respective, he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had and make sure I was happy. Unfortunately Junior was out of the office running to RMV for another customer. No Problem because Mary and the other Car Connections Staff jumped right in to help me out and let me take the car for Test Drive and again more nice people. The Jeep they had was Very Clean, had a GREAT CARFAX report (which they gladly showed me, even though I had check it out myself on line with my CARFAX account before hand. The Jeep was Extremely well priced (made impossible to say no to this deal :). I left after the test drive, no pressure, handed the keys back to Mary, said thank you and told her I wanted to think about it some more and to have Junior Call me. Junior followed up with me the next day just to make sure i was taken care of ask if I had anymore question he could answer. When I decided to buy the Jeep later that day. I told Junior I wouldn't be able to pick up the car for a few days as I didn't have a ride to the dealership. Junior said no problem, he would deliver the car to my house, so Junior drove the vehicle to my house with his Wife in her car following him (for reference I live at least 60 miles from the dealership and it was after 7:30 pm) all of this so I wouldn't be troubled. BOTTOM LINE This was easily the best car buying experience I have had in 40 years! Junior and his team are OUTSTANDING. No Hassle, No Pressure.
