I vowed not to come back after a male nail tech told me really loudly in front of my friend and the rest of the salon to hear, that I couldn't get a French pedicure because of the color of my nails. Maybe it was the truth, but it was mortifying, and no other tech at a salon has ever told me that. But my daughter loves it and after failing to talk her out of it, I felt pressured to go back. From the moment I walked in, they make you fill out a paper to write the service you want so I asked the receptionist to tell me what to fill in showing her a picture of what I wanted. The nail tech comes, doesn't say NOTHING to me no hi nothing, he's so rude from the beginning, I showed him what I wanted as a reminder & he just brushed me off like 3 times !!!! towards the middle of the work I kept telling him that's NOT what I asked for & kept showing him the picture he just kept ignoring me & pulling my hands so rough. I asked the other nail tech next to me & he even agreed he was doing it wrong. I just finally moved my hands away & he got mad, yellled at me & NEVER came back. Although the salon is gorgeous and love the bar and drink option.. I NEEDED that vodka drink for the horrible tortuous pedicure I got there. Maybe I just lucked out with a bad nail tech? First off my water was filled ice cold, then I asked for warm water and she filled it with boiling hot water, so that was the start of my torture. Then came the trimming and filing, so rough I kept pulling my foot back and wincing. She cut my toenails down so short they hurt, and they are crooked! After a torturous joke of a massage came the nail polish, let's just say my toes look like they were painted by a 5 year old, I'll spare you the pic. But I will never return here, and it wasn't cheap!!! read more

When I found this place I finally thought I had found a wonderful place. However, it seems that something has changed. I arrived 10 minutes after they opened and was told I would have to wait 30 minutes. When I got seated for my pedicure, the area was so cluttered it was a challenge to get in the chair, which was dirty; my friends chair was also dirty. I paid extra for the callous treatment , which my heels typically don't look too bad but they looked worse when my pedicure was done. After she was done polishing my nails, she said she would be back. Never saw her again. I sat there with the tissue between my toes until it was time to go and I had to get my shoes from the center of the floor. I know that doesn't seem like much but is that the normal now? I was also getting my nails redone (I get the dip powder). Please tell me when it became the norm to soak my nails in a bowl and be told to scrub off the old dip myself. I go to the salon to relax! Not to pay someone for a service and then have to scrub my own nails. (BTW, this isn't just Citrus. I've noticed other nail salons doing this now). my cuticles were cut in several places because she wasn't paying any attention when using her tools. My nails didn't look great when she was done but I couldn't wait to just leave! They nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING, they should be discounting their service when they break skin. Maybe they would pay more attention and take their time! Overall...dirty, poor service. This was my last time giving my money to Citris. read more

Peter was an amazing answering our questions before having us sit down. JEnny did an amazing job with my Pedicure while Tom simultaneously did my Manicure. Peter made sure our drinks were always full. JEnny did an amazing job of color matching my toes to my fingers because they didn't have the same color polish as the dip powder. My fiancé also got a pedicure and his feet came out amazing! I would highly recommend this place and I look forward to going back. read more

I visited this nail salon with my sister in law while visiting her in Heath, TX. I was assigned a man to do my pedicure. He used the pumice block on my foot and scraped my heel so hard that he scraped a layer of skin off. There was blood and all he did was put a bandaid. Never going back. read more

My nails turned out bulky, the guy used the drill on one of the highest speeds which was horrible as a client even when I asked him to turn it down. The price for gel is $20 additional which is absurd especially when he didn't use a base coat and finished with gel all over my cuticle area on multiple fingers. He only filed one side of my nail and then when I asked him to try and fix the crookedness, he said I came in with it like that. Horrible time and will not go back. read more

The salon looks nice, but the towel they placed my hands on for the manicure was dirty and had someone else's nail clippings on it. They used a used nail file on me. My nails look good, just probably would not go back. My nail tech was on his phone the whole time, too. read more
