Beware!! I would defiantly not recommend this company. They sent the technician out and charged $75 for the estimate. I was told by their manager that they will run a diagnosis and a full inspection which is the reason why they charge $75 dollars. Ross came in open the HVAC and said: "this is rusty and you need to put a new unit because if we change the heat exchange it will cost you 1000 dollars less than putting a new system". He didn't run any other diagnosis closed the HVAC and told me he will send the estimate by tomorrow. He finally sent the estimate charging me $7400 for replacement and he never provided me with the estimate to fix the unit. Couple of hours later ross texted me the following: "Good evening. This is Ross from AQC. I apologize for a delay, it's been a busy day. I just sent you an estimate for replacement. As of replacing heat exchanger, I didn't get the price from store on that cause it's currently out of stock but I expect it to be in a $3500-$4500 range". Plus the labor. -This is such a scam company that tries to rip you off. I had another company that come in did diagnoses for free and replace the heat exchanger for 1800 dollars labor and everything. read more

We called AQC to help us with our AC condenser when it went down during a hot day. AQC came on time and diagnosed our issue as the capacitor on the unit needed to be replaced. Our tech replaced the part checked the rest of the system and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend AQC for HVAC issues. As someone who works in the service industry I greatly value honesty and integrity . I can say that this company and technician have it. Arrived on time, provided a honest diagnosis, gave honest opinion on a sound from the furnace and actually suggested to wait for replacement. Recommended a different thermostat than the Nest ( the thermostat is the issue ) and the charge was only the agreed upon service call fee of $55. As a Realtor, this company will now be on my preferred list for my clients to call when I'm need of service for their HVAC needs. read more

I called AQC to come check out my furnace because it was cycling on and off and we were getting a "no power to the R line" from our Nest. Ross, the owner, came out to diagnose the problem. He was on time, very polite and explained everything that he was doing and what he was finding along the way. I found him to be extremely approachable, knowledgeable and proactive in his communication of his findings. He was able to fix our problem during the diagnostic visit and recommended that we consider a more long term fix. Ross the owner came out to my house to inspect my 22 year old A/C unit that was blowing out warm air. He quickly identified the problem that a less than qualified previous technician installed my fan and had it blowing downward into the unit rather than upward. Which explains why all my surrounding Lilies were fried. Ross could have told me I needed a new unit since I was thinking that might be the case, but no he was super honest and charged me next to nothing to correct the wiring to have the fan blow in the correct direction.
