Worst experience ever! Don't go here. They don't know what they're doing! They screwed up a simple oil change by overfilling the engine oil and now I need a $1600 repair. When I initially brought it back to them they drained some of the engine oil and their attitude was "if you still have a problem I'll give you your money back and you can go somewhere else". Well not only have they not given me my money back for the oil change but they are also refusing to pay for any of the damage despite admitting their wrongdoing. I have made every effort to get this resolved and have heard nothing despite being told they would "get back to me". read more

They have a prick working for a manager. He makes you feel like as if he is doing you a favor cleaning your car. Wouldn't clean my car because it was 10 min before losing and basically my car was not clean enough. They should post sign do not bring your dirty cars. read more

This was place did a horrible job on our car. The people seemed nice at first but as another reviewer said, smiling doesn't mean good customer service. We got the ultimate package for $40 thinking we would get it spotless and the wait was not that long but I do not have a problem waiting for a clean shining car. The inside still had stains that I could probably wash off myself. I could've done a better job honestly, but I was willing to exchange money for a clean, waxed car. Would not give my cousin $5 with the service we received! Never coming here again. They did not even try. Probably the employees just sprayed febreze and called it a day. Horrible. Bottom line, DO NOT COME HERE. Your grandma in a wheelchair can probably wash cars better than they can. read more

I love it. They do great work and the prices are unbeatable, but holy hell it's so hot in there. Turn the AC on!!!

Paid for a full interior detail with attention to the middle row of seats that had a fair amount of teenager dirt on it. Went to reinstall my mats today and noticed that the grime is still there. Pissed. $109 should get a decent job. Truck also smelled like a men's room. Gross. Never going back read more

First time I came here I got the basic wash and was amazed. Stayed clean for weeks. And I have a black car. Interior and exterior was very well done. Second time they failed to clean the interior. I brought it back and they cleaned it for me. Third time, today, I had to bring it back again. Bug guts still all over my hood. Drips everywhere from improper drying. Still some scuffs on the inside but nothing I can't live with. Also the exterior hood has minor scratches like it was dried with a dirty towel. Plus the car is covered in white fuzz from the towel. I bought the middle wash. I am beginning to think the first time might have been a fluke. I will come back but only buy the minimum wash. Basically the exterior rather looks like I did it myself anyhow. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. I had my car washed there for the first time a few days ago and they got some type of oil-like substance on my off-white cloth backseat upholstery (I cleaned out my car before taking it and am 100% positive this substance was not there prior to taking it to Aqua Car Wash). I was quite annoyed that my car was now dirtier than it was when I took it in, but figured, "no big deal, I'll take it in and have them fix it." I took my car in today and told the guy waiting for cars what happened and requested that they fix it. He handled this situation in a very unprofessional manner. He told me that there was "no way that they did this" and then started asking me if I had a carseat or purse that did it (and proceeded to grab my purse to check to see if the dimensions matched - he concluded that they did not). He then said "I'll help clean it to be nice" and continued to state that there was no conceivable way that their car wash did it (you know, because naturally, the other obvious answer - that someone broke into my backseat and got it dirty - was a more plausible explanation than the fact that a place that also does lube service could have gotten an oil substance in my car). He quickly brushed over the spots and they are still wet so I am not sure if they will stain my previously undamaged upholstery. At no time was any type of ownership taken for the issue. I came in, as a cordial customer with damage caused by them, and instead of saying "I'm sorry" and fixing the issue, they chose to be rude and place the blame on me. I left feeling defeated and angry. Needless to say, if you're looking to be treated well and if you would like a service that will not damage your vehicle, I suggest you look elsewhere. read more

I stopped in to have my car washed and detailed at the 242 location, which I do regularly. They wanted to charge me an additional $20 for the dog hair in my back seat. I politely told them "No, Thank You" and decided to go to a different Aqua location. Once, I got there they laughed and said 242 had called them and it would be an additional $20. Needless, to say they just loss a monthly customer. I didn't realize vacuuming dog hair on a leather interior was additional work, when I'm paying you to vacuum and detail the car in the first place? read more

I wanted to get a car wash and called ahead to ensure they knew what I wanted and to get a quote. When I got there, they told me I could not do what I wanted, and tried to charge me an extra $20. I didn't mind the money, I told him I had a time constraint, and they would not work with me. I was willing to pay an extra fee if they could do the one thing I asked for in a timely manner. I went to Simoniz Car Wash, just down the street, and they were able to do everything I requested, in the time requested, for $10 less than the original quote from Aqua. Therefore, I paid $30 less than Aqua with much better customer service. read more

I gave these guys a try. I bought the deluxe package to get my GMC Sierra cleaned inside and out. For $50 I expect them to at least get the bird crap off the bed rails and the visible grime off the exterior. I know they cleaned the door pockets and under the back seat because my flashlight, umbrella and tool bag were strewn across the floorboard. I will not go back there ... and recommend you don't either. read more

Ok, I would give them no start but as we all know it doesn't work that way. I had my car washed today and then drove to get gas as I got out I noticed that the black panel on my door was cracked. I drove back and to tell the guy about it, of course we know the rest of the story, could not have happened at their car wash. Will I have only one other chip on my car which happened on a Houston Highway 2 week ago, so I keep up with this pretty closely. I can not prove it happened at this car wash, but I'm 100% sure it did. You need to check every inch of you car before and afteryou leave these places, I take responsibility for not doing that..... My concern was not the end product but the introduction. As I was waived to pull forward, "Charlie" started to help me. However, it was difficult for either one of us to focus because the "GM Omilio Aguilar" was doing a lot of yelling. After a few minutes into my conversation, the GM is still yelling and now it's obvious he is yelling at Charlie. Charlie is trying to help me. This goes on for the whole duration of me trying to ask questions and receive a better understanding of what cleaning packet to purchase. Now Charlie and Omilio are arguing back and forth (more like yelling at each other) while I'm sitting in my truck STILL waiting to finish so that Charlie could just give me my ticket and move to the vacuum area. Once all the rude, unprofessional screaming stopped, I got my ticket, moved to vacuum area and then I proceeded to the GM and began to express my frustration with the whole situation. I told the GM how rude and ridiculous he was for initiating the screaming. I also told him that Charlie was trying to help me, he was answering my questions and how he (GM) rushed me. I don't care about the beef between Charlie and Omilio, I'm a paying customer...a $100.00 paying customer and I could not get all my questions answered because of the ridiculous juvenile behavior. I don't care who is at fault, all I know is I was so distracted, unfocused, and rushed that I didn't get most of my questions answered. I just wanted to get the heck out of there read more

So I love aqua car wash. But today made me not want to come back. Everyone was really helpful and friendly when I first arrived then I walked into pay, and they always are! But I was totally rubbed the wrong way today. Okay, so I didn't see the sign that was hanging on the ceiling that said popcorn ask for assistance because I'm not looking at the sky. And...3 people in front of me took popcorn without assistance. When I went to grab a bag the girl at the front became snippy and rude. "Uh ma'am!!! Read the sign I have to get it for you...remember that next time!!!" So puzzled because again so many people in front of me grabbed it. I get it...you're working at a car wash on a Sunday but like maybe you should have a job where you don't deal with customers. She pointed at the sign and was just a total you know what. Everyone is normally very sweet at the front so I would reconsider this chick(employee 937 to be exact). Bad attitude. Even prior to the popcorn incident. Learn how to talk to people. You're not better than anyone. Just beware of this girl if you're looking for excellent customer service!!! read more

Broke off the kick plate on the driver side and just left it on the floor. They did not say anything about it when they handed me the key. To be fair, I suspect it was the vacuum guy going HAM on my floor boards and broke it off and didn't say anything. So the guy washing the car probably just thought I brought it like that. Either way, not cool. Also, they didn't dry my mirrors, which were apparently filled with water. So when I drove away, my car got a bath. Now there are water spots all over the sides of it. read more

I've been getting my truck washed at this place for a long time. I went this morning and not only did they raise the price to wash my truck by 25%, the guy was rude. He said they're under new ownership. High prices and rude help. Not a good way to run a business. They just lost my business as well and my family and all my company trucks. read more

Absolute waste of my time, the sad middle aged man that walked up to my truck had this really stingy and cocky attitude, treated me as if i was some kind of fool. I told him I just wanted a regular car wash nothing special and like most he of course offered me the most expensive car wash they offered and I courteously declined the offer and shortly after that he started to get really short with me and tell me I "dont know what im missing out on." but thats not all, he kept on insisting that i get the more expensive wash after i already told him no thank you 3 times he then aggressively tore off the piece of paper that goes on the dash and tossed it in my truck and it slid all the way to the other side of my truck. That is when I had realized I made a mistake coming to this location. I then took the paper work on my dash and gave it back to him and told him i wont be needing it. This man in particular is the sole reason i will tell every person looking to wash their car to not go to aqua car wash on 242. That man is a pathetic excuse of customer service, he should not be talking to any customers he needs to be towling down the truck instead but who knows he may not be mentally capable of that anyway. If i could give negative stars i would, worst car wash experience i have ever had. After paying $100 for an ultimate car wash and an orbital wax i was told it would take at least 1.5 hours. I went inside to wait where i had a good view of my suv in the bay. I watched as the guys cleaning other cars were up on ladders to clean the tops of truck and suvs - but not on my car. I watched as the guy orbital waxed my hood and nothing else. At 45 minutes they were magically finished! I went to talk to the manager about how they did not wax my entire car, of course he insisted that they did, at which point i explained to him that i could dispute the charge or he could refund me for the wax - he finally did. Then i find out wednesdays are "ladies day" and all services are 20% off, they did not give me that offer either. I finally get in my car to find trash in my door, and the entire car reeked of alcohol, as if from a cleaning solution. Weird thing is my car has water spots all over it, if they did an orbital wax not sure why it would have water spots. Don't get your car washed here. read more
