This place used to be great but it is under new management and I will not be returning after today. They have an "express wash" like you would get at a gas station or you can pay more for a detailed wash. The cheapest one starts at $55 and they insist on adding additional fees if your car looks "exceptionally dirty". That's why I'm here, right? I honestly just get a weird vibe from this place. Inside Cloth on Pillars in my car hanging like Angel Wings!!! I've been here a couple times before with average results. This last time I asked for the total package which is suppose to include total armor all inside and out. When the lady waved the cloth in the air I came to check on my car. She had only armoralled my tires on the outside. So I told her the guy said they would do around the windows and door handles etc. She stated most people don't like that. I told her I do. Had to go to my car 3 times before she did almost all of it. Super annoying. Plus she didn't have the little narrow sponge to apply the armor all precisely so it ended up on my paint and windows. Very sloppy! I was so concerned with the crappy exterior job that I didn't pay enough attention to the inside job. The dash area and console appeared to be ok so I finally drove away. While driving down the road a ways I noticed how oily the dash board was. If it was the middle of summer I know eggs would have fried on it no problem. Later at home I opened the back of my SUV and noticed that armor all wasn't applied at all. Now the shocker. Still driving down the road I noticed with my PERIPHERAL VISION the CLOTH THAT USE TO BE ON THE INSIDE PILLARS OF MY CAR HANGING LIKE ANGEL WINGS. Sometimes in life it's all about living and learning and sometimes it comes at a price. This is one of those times. Dropped off my car for a full detail $325 It consisted of a full buff, wax, interior detail, etc ... Yikes... Why did i do it? 1. It needed that extra attention due from not having been done in quite awhile 2. My sons wedding was coming up and I wanted to show up in nicely detailed car. Problems: 1. I showed up and the cars exterior and windows were not clean. Dust and dirty windows and exterior. Why was this .... the car was finished two days earlier and no one called me. Although they had the correct phone number and my phone showed no missed calls or messages they claimed to have repeatedly tried to contact me. 2. For $200 the buff and wax "ONLY" applies to exterior surfaces. No door jams , no trunk jams, and unfortunately does not include getting them to remove the wax residue that gets on the rubber trim and interior door jam and trunk interiors. And it seemed like I was asking them a huge favor in asking them to address this. He stated that no business ever address these areas. Maybe so, but could you at least wipe them down and take off the wax residue? 3. Afterwards, there was some dirt clogs on the passenger side carpet so I drove up and asked them to vacuum them. Yes, I could have gone home and done it myself, but, I also paid to have the entire interior detailed as well. Leather seats, dash etc. Once again, it seemed like what I asking was an big inconvienance towards them. This business does a brisk business. Unfortunately, that sometimes causes a lack of attention to detail. I would recommend them only for your basic in and out car wash services only. I told him the prices were too high and he argued that he has the best price in town, when is clear he does not. He tried to convince me that I was not comparing apples to apples. As a transplant to the area, I've noticed that the Texan practicality spirit of Do-it-yourself seems to limit the number of full service car washes in the area. However, I'm glad to find a local business that does a thorough job. During the lunch hour, I pulled my truck in, selected Aqua Supreme wash $29.99 and job was done in 25 minutes. The senora detailing the interior made a noticeable effort to get all the surfaces polished and windows clean. She was appreciative of a 20% tip, and I was Very happy driving away in a very clean truck. No 5 star since the man at check in tried to charge me an extra $10 for vacuuming, because I mentioned I had a little pet hair. He was training a lady and told her to automatically charge it if they say they have pets. He did not present it as an up-sell service. He stated as if it were not optional, so I felt it like a price gouging technique. However, I advised him that the standard vacuum in the package would be fine to get it clean. (Only had the beagles in the truck once and had covered the seats with sheets. So hair was minimal to none.) read more

I have to commend Aqua on the job they did today washing/cleaning my car. My experience lately with these types of car washes has been less than positive but Aqua did a very nice job. I purchased the lowest rated car wash that includes an interior wipe down. I believe it was $19.99 which seemed a little on the steep side. However, both the exterior and interior of the car were visually spotless when they were finished. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the windows and interior of my vehicle. The place I seem to frequent the most never seems to get my dash wiped down completely. Today, Aqua not only wiped down the dash but took the time to clean out my cup holders. This definitely made me happy as I use mine all the time so they get dirty. We all know that the quality of the wash can very well depend upon the random person that gets assigned to finish detailing your vehicle. The young lady who did mine today did a very nice job. To top it off, I found a few dollars that someone had obviously lost. I did look around for the owner based upon the license plate that was on the receipt. I then realized the time stamp on the receipt was from three hours earlier. So, to the person who lost the money, thanks for covering my tip today. I gave it all to the person who cleaned my car. Bottom line: They are way too far away from my home for me to be a regular but based upon my one experience today, when I am in the area and need a car wash, I'll stop here and let them do it. This place sucks! The staff is under staffed so you're waiting for someone to grab your car for 20 minutes, then when someone finally gets to it there's water spots and if you ask them to fix it they try to charge you more! You can hear the managers yelling at the stall telling them quantity over quality anytime you go in. And their car wash breaks down all the time! The only thing good about this place is the cashiers! I come here almost twice a month, I just came in to get my Jeep cleaned and the main guy walked up to us, looked at the car and said I'm not gonna clean it. His reason was "he didn't want too" I asked what his name was, he walked away. I've been coming here since they opened (over 10 years). They've always done a good job. Today however, different story. They had me in line for 38 min before I even got to the vacuum area. I paid extra for a hand wash (supposedly with soft mitts). I look over and they are scrubbing it down with what appeared to be a nylon brush with an extended handle. Well of course I voiced my concerns and stopped them. After I voiced my concerns all I got from "Charlie" the attendant was, "That's just the way it is, that nylon brush won't hurt your paint". 2 hours start to finish!! Fool me twice, shame on me. Wanted a full service car wash about 4 months back so went out of my to go here as there is no longer an Aqua in my area. I got there and the guy said they were short staffed and I would have to wait 2 hours or longer. I left. Checked online today and looked at packages as I wanted a full service car wash.. Drove over again only to be told they have "new" system and the packages start at $59.99. I could use self serve where cheapest package was around $25. It was frustrating because none of this info is on the website, nothing on their answering system and there are no visible signs when you drive up. My car was vacuumed well the last time- but that's it. I had to wash and polish my vehicle when I got it home the last two times. Brought my girlfriend's Infiniti in for a detailing. Cost was $175 if I'm not mistaken. I dropped the car off and headed home to wait to pick it up. After 3 hours, they called and said it was ready. When I got there, the car was not done. They were still cleaning up the interior and the mats. I was in a hurry, but when they finally finished I gave the car a quick inspection. Interior surfaces were cleaned very well and the floor, seats, and mats all looked brand new. However, once I got the car in some better light, I noticed that the exterior looked like it hadn't been touched aside from the headlights being polished a bit. The wheels looked like they had been slapped a few times with a rag and the tire shine was applied in splotches. No care whatsoever had been taken to clean around the car's logos and their was dirt still built up around the letters. I was appalled that I had just paid $175 for something that a $10 gas station car wash could have done. It really sucked having to give her back her car with the exterior looking no different than before. My opinion: don't waste your time here. Drive down the road and select any of the other car wash options in this area. I've taken my truck here one time before and it was the same story. I thought, surely they were just having an off day and it couldn't happen twice. Well it did. I have thought long and hard about doing this review. Back in a September I took my 2015 F250, Ruby Red, in for a detail. You see, the house next door to me was being built and over spray made its way on to the truck! I searched and searched for who I thought would do the best job of making my truck what it used to be. I found Aqua Car Spa! They were a bit on the high side price wise, but, I wanted to go with a well established and trusted organization. This decision would later prove to be the best decision I have made in a while. During the process of restoring the paint something horrible went wrong. There seemed to be what looked like burnt orange marks all over the passenger side, engine hood, bed cover, and roof of the cab. This was my worst nightmare coming to pass; my Ruby Red was not so nice anymore. Needles to say I was angry and frustrated. I immediately brought this to the attention of the management team and the owner. They immediately took an interest and began their own internal investigation. Remember when I said this was the best decision I made? Well here is the proof... The management team took responsibility for all of the imperfections and immediately contacted their insurance agent for claim purposes. In the end, my Ruby Red was fully restored to my full satisfaction and I must say to the Aqua Car Spa team, "Thank you for making this experience a pleasant one". If this had happened anywhere else I would shudder to think what would not have happened! read more

This is one of the better car washes in the Woodlands. The facility is nice and is clean. The wait can be long though. Takes 30 plus minutes to vacuum, wash and dry a car. They have an express option. Be warned that this does not include drying. The same for the monthly fee program. I went in to get a car wash. As I finished paying, I noticed they had an unlimited car wash program so I inquired about getting a monthly membership. The cashier handed me a brochure and I sat down to look at it. I found a plan I was interested in and asked to get the monthly program instead of the single car wash I paid for. I was told I couldn't switch over because my car had already gone through their machine (which it didn't, it went in about 5 minutes after our conversation). I was told, "Oh, you can just get it next time." Well, that kind of defeats the purpose. I'm already paying for a car wash. I would have rather paid a few extra bucks to upgrade. It wouldn't have been a big issue if someone would have informed me first, or even approached me when I got there.
