Turns out, they CHARGE you again to use the microfiber towel to dry off your dirty car wash and their vacuums had very low pressure suction. They need to turn the vacuum suction level up between 80-100 it felt like it was 40-60. Needless to say I left with a dirty car inside and out. Save your money and go to Shine Time 1 mile up the street where the car washes are better, the vacuums work, and they don't charge you to use towels and cleaning products. I hope the manager from shine-time buys out Mister Carwash so customers can be satisfied at any location. This one is just terrible
