I went and they told me about a special for $20 where I got unlimited monthly washes. They Used my number at the drive up spot to "register me" and then when I asked for a receipt said it'd text me. I never received any text or receipt. Scam for sure. I won't use this place ever again. Now I have to figure out how to cancel with no receipt and no clue what to do. read more

Purchased an unlimited wash plan direct-billed to my debit card. BIG Mistake. You are limited to one wash per day (undisclosed fact at time of purchase so not so unlimited). Worst of all, I sold the car that was attached to the unlimited plan and have for the last 4 months attempted to cancel the plan for the vehicle to no avail. Charges continue to debit to my account and no communication from the vendor despite using their process for account cancellation. Wash services are okay, but do not recommend any pre-billed services from them and their services are not unique. Will be taking my business elsewhere and cancelling the card they are billing. Just paid $36.00 for the platinum wash and am very disappointed. Truck is not completely dried. Bed is full of soap. Wheels are dirty and the employee that helped me said he couldn't clean them, apparently the rag in his hand didn't work. I paid for a platinum wash which according to their website includes cleaning of interior (wipe dash, console, doors seats & 2 front mats). Unfortunately the full service was not completed. Came here for my moms car as I wanted an all in one wash and change oil package. Big place, kind of hard to know where to go first and once there, got in for a good cleaning and oil change on a Lexus. Fair price of $55 -non synthetic oil, good wash and wipe down. Brought up needing a new battery but didn't sell batteries- but was correct- it tested low at advanced and I bought a battery there and installed in less than 20 minutes. So day of getting car detailed, oil, battery and full of gas went well. Good staff, nice waiting area. The staff seemed honest and sincere. Would recommend. read more

I just happened to spot this place as we were driving to a birthday party, and noticed it's only minutes from the house. It's located off Buford Hwy & James Burgess Rd, right next to a gas station. They weren't packed at all for a late Saturday afternoon so that's a plus. It's a pretty standard car wash (similar to AutoBuffs or Express). You pay anywhere from $7-$15 for the wash you want, go through an automated wash and then head to the free vacuums. The plus side is they also offer detailing and there is an oil change facility on-site. What I liked: it's local, inexpensive, vacuums worked great, and they offer damp rags along with glass cleaner. All the vacuum stations are shaded too. Dislike: I did the $15 wash (highest quality) and my tires and rims did not shine at all after it. That was kind of disappointing. That's the only reason for the star bump from me. Service was decent. I'll be back again to this location though. Hopefully next time my wheels and rims will shine. My car does still look clean 5 days later. read more

I have been coming to this location for 2 years whenever I need a car wash or oil change. Everyone that works here, from the mechanics to the wash attendants and front check out have always been incredibly nice and helpful. Service has been fast every time. The waiting area inside is very nice and clean, a nice assortment of snacks to purchase, live plants everywhere. The ladies room is clean and thoughtfully stocked with NICE lotion and such, organic feminine products, mouthwash, even contact solution! I will without doubt continue to bring my business here. She was openly being berated by someone by a jiffy lube department, I think his name was Bob. The first couple of times they were great, but the last two times I've been there it's been terrible. Yeah, they were fast, super fast, because they didn't do half of what needed to be done. I went for a mid-level car wash and an oil change. The GOOD: The service manager was professional and courteous. The BAD: I paid a premium price to have my rear wiper changed, but they didn't change it at all and still charged me the $20. That makes me wonder if they actually changed my oil or air filter. I didn't notice this until I was four hours down I-75. The wipe-dry/vacuum station was poorly-staffed. They had one person for 3 cars; I had a critical appointment and couldn't wait for this one poor soul to do more than vacuum. BOTTOM LINE: There is simply no legitimate excuse for charging a customer for a product that never got installed. The car wash issue is just poor resource management; the wiper was theft. read more

My husband and I happened to drive by on Sunday, we saw they were open, and pulled in for an oil change. From the manager down to the car dryers, everyone was really good. The outside of my car hasn't sparkled like that in years, and they did a good job cleaning and vacuuming the inside as well. We will be back for our future oil changes and car washes. Check your car thoroughly before you leave. This is what they do: they clean the drivers area really well and skimp on the rest of the interior. The vacuuming was obviously rushed. That area on the passenger side between the front seat and the back wasn't touched. It's not like you can't see that area! The hard place where you step into your car was ONLY wiped at the drivers door. Ran my fingers over the other 3 areas (4 door Accord) and could feel the dirt. That told me everything. read more

I have to admit my car looks a lot cleaner than it did before, but I am not sure do they usually go through your middle console while cleaning. I found my vape (that is usually in my middle console) in the floor in the back, with the oil cartridge missing. And some other items that usually be in my middle console sitting out. So the Mrs takes her car to Mr Clean for an oil change and wash on 4-28-2017......comes out and notices this on the navigation screen. Takes it back 2 mins later and Mr Mgr tells her "we didn't do this". Ahem, this car was in perfect condition when she arrived, no dents, no damage anywhere, yet we now have this damage and no one at Mr Clean will take responsibility? Don't waste your money folks. Owner hasn't even bothered calling back after Mrs spoke with him earlier today(4 hours ago). Update 6-22-2017: So after 6+ weeks of dealing with Mr Clean- albeit 1 email from them and no returned phone calls, I was incredibly surprised that Lexus offered to replace the screen at no charge(it had been replaced under the service bulletin prior to our purchasing the car) stating customer loyalty is the hallmark of their success! We will never darken the door of this facility or any Mr Clean locations ever again! They were contacted by the BBB and never replied after 4 attempts. Very dissapointed they don't provide towels anymore because that was a major drawing point for me. The other issues are that there used to be somebody at the wash to get you started all the time . Now you have to wait until somebody comes out of the service bay. The vacuums have always been off and on.some days they have zero suction. Please put the towels back or I'm moving on. read more
