    I strongly advise against seeking care at this office. My family and I have been patients here for…read moresome time over 10 years, but my most recent experiences have been extremely disappointing and concerning. Since covid things have gone down hill. It also seems that they are attempting to recoup from the loss. In January, I came in for a routine cleaning, during which the hygienist chipped my tooth. I immediately reported the issue to Leslie at the front desk and made it clear I did not want to see that hygienist again. Since then, I have repeatedly scheduled appointments, only to have them rescheduled by the office. In August recently, I returned for another cleaning. An X-ray confirmed that my tooth was cracked, which the dentist acknowledged. However, instead of addressing the issue directly, I was referred to a gum specialist, despite not having any gum-related problems. Most recently, after a conversation at the front desk where I respectfully reiterated my concerns, I received a call canceling my appointment and was informed that the office would no longer see me as a patient. This decision appears to be an attempt to avoid addressing a mistake made in their care rather than taking responsibility and providing a solution. Additionally, I have observed concerning practices at this office, including patients being recommended unnecessary crowns and a constant turnover of staff, leading to inconsistent care. When I attempted to speak with the office manager, Tony, my concerns were dismissed rather than heard. Instead of listening she dismissed my concerns and tells me find some place else. Dental care requires trust, consistency, and accountability. Unfortunately, this office has failed to uphold those standards. For the well-being of yourself and your family, I recommend seeking care elsewhere. Please do so. the only reason I stayed so long because it's within the community I live in. But the way I was spoken to today and the fact that instead of rectifying the situation and valuing me as a customer who has been there over 10 years. If this can happen to me it can happen to you. Please choose better.

    Last Monday I drove to Randolph from Sturbridge to have a temporary crown glued back in place. I…read morehad the pleasure of meeting Kaysea for the first time and was impressed. Casey did a great job of cleaning and fitting the temporary. I really saw Kaysea's skill when Dr Emami decided to replace the temporary. Kaysea started the process by taking molds. This is usually a painful process for me due to 'bumps' on the inside of my lower gums. I alerted Kaysea to this and she was able to make it painless. Kaysea then made and adjusted the new temporary. It was dramatically better than the initial one both in size and fit. Kaysea made a number of adjustments before gluing it in place and then Dr Emami made the final adjustments. While I will, of course, be careful not to dislodge the temporary I've never had a temporary that fit this well or was more functional. Add all that to Kaysea's excellent 'chair side manner' and I want to share my appreciation. My wife, Denise, and I have been clients for many years and, as evidenced by our willingness to drive 3 hours round trip, have been very happy with our dental care. Adding talent such as Kaysea to the team makes Dental Specialities even more compelling
