The whole team is thoughtful, GENTLE, consultative, and kind. Dr. Hasan is knowledgeable, smart, and has fantastic bedside manner. My husband and I have had great dental work done, and the hygienists have been fabulous. Rarely ever any discomfort or pain, and if I've called out that it's painful, they immediately do what they can to make sure I'm comfortable. Even recently, my 2 year old chipped his teeth and we got him in to Dr. Hasan pretty quickly. She eased our worry (the parents) with a calm and light hearted approach, to an easy-fix situation. She helped to keep my child comfortable while she filed down a sharp tooth, and he did not cry or show any signs of fear - she and her hygienist kept him happy and smiling the whole time. He ended up with tons of cavities and one of the teeth is decaying so this year (2021) we made appointments for the regular cleaning with his dentist, after the visit we were recommended to this place Greater Boston Smile Pediatric for his his tooth decay. We did come for consultation and after a few months we can get his teeth straighten out (one is taken out and the other 8 is crowned for his own good). We're so worried to see to see him going through the whole process because he had to take the med for the procedure and he wasn't himself til it wears out (a good 3-4 hours later). He had early appointment and left around noon. He's back to normal around 5pm and we're pleased with the results. The doctor even called around 8pm to check on him and thanks for trusting him to have my boy in his hands. Then staffs are very helpful. You can't find any place like this. Highly recommended! It's actually an open area with about 3 chairs for the kiddies to be examine (there are exam rooms behind doors as well but this is what you'll see once you go back ) and every seat has a TV place on the top of the ceiling so that the kids can watch (as distractions and/or for them to feel more at eased) while being examine , which I think is a brilliant idea! . The place is very clean, walls colors are bright and everyone always greet you with a warm smile. The doctors and assistance are always helpful and gentle with my toddlers even though my kids are throwing fits and crying. I would highly recommend taking your kids here! The environment is great! After we were seated, forty minutes after our appointment time, an assistant asked whether nitrous oxide would be used, which I declined. The dentist then entered the room without washing her hands and did not introduce herself or confirm my son's identity. She did not explain that she intended to proceed with an extraction. She briefly referenced a "bite block" without clarifying the nature of the procedure. Without obtaining informed consent, the dentist administered Novocaine and exited the room, again without washing her hands. After the injection, an assistant presented an iPad for consent. I asked what I was being asked to sign and was told to "read the iPad." The dentist then returned and extracted the tooth. Post-procedure instructions were provided only after the extraction was completed. At no point prior to Novocaine administration or extraction was informed consent obtained. Additionally, I observed a lack of hand hygiene upon entry and exit, which was concerning as the dentist continued to see other patients. I raised these concerns during the visit. My feedback was dismissed and met with explanations rather than acknowledgment.

One of my very rare 1-star reviews but have to warn others about my bad experience here! Found…read morethis office through a triage phone number for dental emergencies and was relieved to get in the next day. I'm averse to going to the dentist so I was hoping it would not be too bad. Then the tech. had me bite on a mouth appliance for x-rays. It was too big for my mouth and painful so I was not able to hold it in place while he was taking x-rays of my teeth. My mouth started to tremble in pain aside from the severe toothache I was already experiencing. He basically told the dentist that the films are not clear because of me. Then, the dentist glared at me and asked me why I have not taken care of my teeth and proceeded to hand me off to the dental hygienist for a deep cleaning. Fortunately, I already took some antibiotics prior to the visit because the procedure was brutal and bloody! It took him 30 minutes to chisel my teeth and I was told by the dentist that this usually takes 2 visits to complete. Got a $1700 bill for the visit and cleaning since I don't have dental insurance. My left molar started to hurt and I was in pain for several days after. Ironically, it was not the tooth that was hurting in the first place! Wish I have known about this clinic before I went there!
