On the day of my son's graduation party our pool heater broke. We called AD. Tim walked us through some steps & got the heater working. He saved the party! And at that time we weren't even customers! This was him just being a good guy. A few times I thought I needed an expensive repair but Tim gave me the honest truth...that an expensive repair was not needed.
