James spent a week working tirelessly to rid the black mold without having to drain our pool. We had a relapse after a few weeks and James went back at no additional cost and got it back under control. After monitoring the water levels for a week, his diagnosis was spot on. The leak stopped entirely. He also noticed our pool vacuum was hooked up through the skimmer and explained why that setup wasn't ideal. He pointed out an alternative outlet and even caught a rubber stopper that could've caused serious plumbing damage. He removed it on the spot, not an easy task, but he got it done. Once we confirmed the leak source, we moved forward with replacing the spa tile. Evin mailed us tile samples to choose from and also facilitated an appointment at the warehouse so we could see more options. During the work, Evin found damage behind the tiles, so we decided to repair the top four inches, remove the brick trim, and finish the top in matching tile.
