We had a terrible experience, from start to finish. Before the second visit, I asked Sean what the estimate would be, since he was rushed to get the work done on a Saturday. I specifically said that there was no rush for the project, and he insisted they come out right away because he had double booked his projects. He said the estimate would be 'give or take $500.' Let me just say that the wall was left completely open from the washing machine. That's fine, since they were upfront about the need to have a contractor come repair the wall, but this was not included in the price. I received a bill for $550. I paid the bill, and the next day I received an additional bill for $280. I called and left a voicemail to speak with someone regarding this, and received no call back. I called a week later, and received a call direct from Sean. He was insistent that this was my fault since I did not request a formal documented estimate. Okay... I said maybe it is, since I trusted the verbal estimate he had given us. This plumber came recommended from the previous owner, so I just assumed they were trustworthy. I said to him, I understand we are on the hook. However it's a really horrible situation since we had been upfront about just moving, have a newborn, and were very tight on money. If we had known it would be almost $800 for 2 hours of work not including repair, I would have said no. Not right now. None of it was urgent, he insisted he come out within 3 days on a Saturday to do the work. He reinforced how I should have asked for a documented estimate and began to yell about how "I don't know what to tell you. I have kids. I have my own bills. I have my own bills to pay that would buy your house." Needless to say, said thank you anyway and hung up the phone. I would absolutely never recommend this company. They should be ashamed how they operate, and speak to people.

I spoke at length with someone who seemed to be quite knowledgeable and he scheduled a time for them to come out to take a water sample. Fast forward to the date/time we scheduled, and no one showed. I gave them an hour and still no one. I called the office to see where they were and apparently the appointment was never added to the book. So I scheduled another date/time. This time the guy showed, an hour early. Fortunately I was home. A week went by and I had not heard from anyone regarding the results. I called, and I spoke to the same gentleman I initially spoke to. He told me he would contact the testing company and get back to me either way. I never heard anything. So I waited another week (now two weeks since the sample was taken) and called again to find out the results. The woman I spoke with said she hadn't seen anything, and asked me to hold on a moment while she inquired. I could hear in the background someone saying "That was the water sample that I had left in the truck" meaning it had gone bad before they dropped it off for testing. The woman told me she was going to find out what was going on and would be back in touch. It's now two weeks since that last call, a month since my sample was taken, and I have not heard from anyone. Apparently Rely (more like UNrelyABLE) has enough work so don't waste your time or money by giving them your business.

After getting quotes from over 10 places, their pricing was the cheapest both times and we were very happy with Dave who came by to do the quotes. He was courteous and answered all of our questions. He also helped us get multiple rebates on the splits that we weren't aware of (and nobody else had told us about). We recently had an issue where one of the splits stopped working and Dave came by that afternoon to replace a blown fuse, free of charge.
