Nashville has license plate readers, Mt Juliet does not, so when I visit the Mt Juliet location, I tell the attendant and they always let me through. Today, 4/25/26 was different. The attendant was not only rude, but refused to allow me through the wash. I asked to talk to his manager and he refused. Instead , he instructed me to go through my credit card apps to prove I had a membership. I had no recollection which cc I used to set up the auto withdrawal, and stood there motionless in line as other drivers began honking their horn to get me out of line. Obviously it was quite embarrassing. Then, he asked for my AMX card which I had in my wallet at the time to check status. He returned with an arrogance saying, "nope . . . nothing here checks out. I then backed my vehicle to the shopping center next door to call corporate office and explained situation. As verified, my account continued as active. Corporate was extremely nice, however, I will never again visit the Mt Juliet location. EXTREMELY RUDE attendant. I'll certainly pass the word to others so they would never have to go through the same. I further suggest Wash n Roll upgrade license plate readers to be uniform with all locations.

To a 79 yr old on social security income who absolutely cannot afford that. I am her daughter who just cancelled this and we will never go there again. A senior should be allowed to just get a car wash and not be pressured to pay $50/month for a CAR WASH when she can hardly manage her other essential bills.
