Lots could improve, but at the corporate level. The company's damage claim deny rate is over 80%! Beware and inspect your vehicle for damages the same day, or they will use the lag time against you. I had my truck washed and afterward I noticed à lot of spinning brush deep scratches on the lower front bumper area. After over 10 days of filing my claim, they denied it and said it wasn't their fault. We normally wash all of our vehicles by hand and those scratches were never there. There were no other ways to create those spinning brush scratches. Let this be a warning to those considering taking your vehicles to Take 5 in Lebanon,TN. read more

I have been trying for two months to cancel the monthly billing as my car was totaled in an accident. There is only an option to leave a message with a call center but no one gets back to you and they keep billing. I have reported fraud to my bank and opened a claim. DO NOT BUY SUBSCRIPTION ONLINE! This is not a criticism of our 2 local Take5 car wash in Lebanon TN. However, the corporate level is terrible. I bought a military discount subscription from them online. They sent me an email with a bar code and instructions to visit the attendant at the car wash to obtain my sticker. At both locations I was told they could not read the bar code with their system and couldn't give me a sticker. The manager at one location called someone who couldn't help either but he took my name and number and said he would continue to try and figure out how to get my sticker. After another week he still had not gotten any additional information. I also sent two customer service emails over a week apart and never got an answer. Of course they have started charging my credit card. I sent a third email to customer service stating they are in violation of our contract and unable to provide the service I paid for and I want to cancel my subscription. I am also planning on disputing the charge on my Visa. BOTTOM LINE: Buy your subscription directly from the car wash not online. Unfortunately, I have read many other reviews of people having difficulty canceling any subscription so I'm not sure I will want a subscription at all. read more

I used to go to this car wash since it opened many years ago. It's been hit or miss the past few years. I continue to try to go because it is the most convenient for me. The vacuums sometimes work. The straw that broke the camel's back was that a piece of my car was literally broken when going through the car wash. It's been over two months and I still haven't gotten reimbursed for this part and labor to have it fixed. I have emailed many times and they keep saying up to 6 weeks. Well now it's past 6 weeks. I'm not quite sure at this point why management hasn't cut a check for me so we can close this matter. I own a business too and I think it's abhorrent to make someone wait months for their reimbursement, when it was their fault to begin with. Lesson learned. I'm still waiting...... read more

This is one of the worst car washes I have never been to. Their machines do not rinse the soap off completely. Most of the time only half a vehicle gets soaked up and there's not enough water spread to cover the entire vehicle to rinse the soap off. The dryer's barely blow any water off of the vehicle once it's quasi-clean . The staff is completely different to the issues with their equipment not properly cleaning. Three times trying this car wash since April and I've had to go get it re-washed somewhere else it's time to get the soap off and the bugs and bird poop, when it's on there, because their washers do not get it off . If I could leave this place zero stars, I would. I wasn't expecting detailer levels of wash but jesus christ. My car was still dirty after the wash in several places, there's wax that was supposed to be on my wheels sprayed all over my door panels, people there were meh, no hooks to hold up your mats, and when I got home I noticed this damage from their machine all across my roof. Still waiting to hear back from them about how they're going to help me with the damage they caused.... I would recommend any other place except here. read more

Went there for first time and no way will ever return . Stopped by because lots of people going in .They do not even take a brush and bucket to prewash front grill . Truck was ok clean when drove up . When got done did not look much better . wheels look never touched along with tires and that is extra charge . Got the $15 wash and tire cleaning. The first time going through there was still dirt and bugs on my car. After talking to the manager I was able to go through a second time but this time my car was not rinsed or dried. Several components of the car wash seemed broken. Some brushes never or barely touched my car, and the water pressure was weak. I had to move my car two times to find a vacuum that was not broken. read more

Came in and bought out all the local car washes and now charge me $29.99 per month instead of $26.99 which is the price in the app. On top of that they are billing me twice per month. I have emailed over and over and they cannot get this resolved and they never answer the phone. Stay far away, they have gotten in way over their heads. read more

I was loving all my experiences with the car wash service until yesterday. It was not very busy so I went on in to wash my car. There was a car that came in right behind me and didn't really have to be rushed directly and immediately behind me but it was and about half way through, I felt a hard bump behind me which startled me and confused me on exactly what hit me. I pulled to the side and when the car behind me came out, I asked the woman if she hit me inside the wash. She started crying and told me she just lost her son and forgot to put her car in Neutral and while going through, she stepped on the gas. I fault the attendant for rushing her in so close behind me. There were no other cars coming in. No need to "squeeze" cars so close together. Fortunately, I sustained very little damage. I was so upset that I went back through due to me rushing myself out before my car could be dried properly. I was ticked off and very upset. If that ever happens again, I am going to quit my membership and wash my car the old fashioned way, by hand. read more

This place is really pathetic! The car wash malfunctioned last month pushing a truck back into the front of my car repeatedly, throwing my head forwards and backwards, and destroying my front bumper before the attendance ever stopped the car wash and they were refusing responsibility although the driver in front of me and myself have the video proving it all and I have left multiple messages at the local level as well as the main number and no one has returned my call for over four weeks now and I am still being charged my monthly fee, although I have not been back and will never be back. A few months previous to this, a rubber strip came off of the top of my car during the drying cycle and I reported it and continued to ask about it and was just told that they couldn't locate it. I have had issues every time I've gone in his car wash and no one answers or response to your calls and continues to charge the monthly fee. I would never use this car wash again! read more

Start off was good had a nice gentleman help me out to begin with then the bad experience began. First off I have not been to this car wash before and the young man helping to guide you on to the track has no professionalism at all. Yes I had trouble getting my car where he wanted me to I will admit that but what he did was clearly not professional he already had me confused by the directions he was trying to get me to do. But then he had me reverse my car then had me pull forward. Then he waits till I roll up my window to start talking about how I can't read and being truly a smartelec.I went on through the wash and then pulled around and told him that I did not deserve that kind of treatment. He shrugged his shoulders and said in a condescending tone that I could speak to his manager. I told him no thank you I was going to make a formal complaint he just acted like oh well they won't do anything anyway. So Take 5 unless you train your staff better you can bet I will never recommend or visit your establishment again. Clearly this young man doesn't care one way or another about your business or customers. The older gentleman who first waited on me is the person who should be in charge.
