John responded to my Yelp post quickly, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted the work. He handled the opening, does weekly maintenance, and has taken the time to walk me through the different components so I can take on some upgrades myself. Can't say enough good things about John. He's easy-going, reliable, and has been maintaining pools across the Island for over 15 years. Totally mislead us. Been using them for 2 years. Showed up and said they couldn't open our pool…read moreafter throwing salt In it and saying water level was too low. (Needed minimum water) they left. Ruined mother's day because it was supposed to be open. Came back charged us another $80 to turn filter on. Was supposed to some back today to clean and finish opening pool. NEVER SHOWED. Poor communication. They have not answered us. Too many options, don't waste your time with this company.
