From the designer Kelly, to the actual layout, Dieter (the owner), to the construction, Mike, they did a great job. With all if the delays caused by Covid, we actually swam by the end of August. Which ended up being fall of 2020. We decided to not open the pool before the winter and push it off till spring. During building process never communicated when people would show up. Excavating showed up without knowledge to dig hole. Same thing happened through whole process. People would just show up with Arthur Edwards project manager showing up when wanted payments. Then when opened pool in spring cleaning crew had to be called back twice, liner also was not installed properly that actual company that produces it had to show up to stretch it properly. Never got demo of how everything worked and called twice. And recently ran into issue with permits expiring because they used there email address. When called to discuss was told sorry to bad. No ownership, asked to speak to the owner and he does not take calls. He was in Florida. I was told "If want to write a letter and mail it to the office they will make sure he gets it, BUT not sure he will respond or even read it ". That was Manager that told me that. No responsibility to customers. Seriously think hard if want to use a company that the owner is not accessable

Well trained competent technicians and knowledgable office staff who give advice of dealing with the problem before sending a service person. Pro Tech is an oasis in the desert of incompetent pool repair companies on the north shore of Long Island. However, they require that they keep the credit card number of their customers on file, a policy that originally gave us pause, but it turns out that they are very trustworthy and good at communicating clearly what their charges are. Also, rather than giving you a precise time they will come, they give you a range of dates (4-5) that they will visit and then a day before they specify a two or three hour range of possibilities. Prices at the high end of market. We've found however, that they are well worth the extra cost.

I needed someone to repair and service my hot tub. After 2 unsuccessful visits by Pool Tek, who I purchased the tub from, I contacted One Stop Spa Shop. I was fortunate to have Brian come to look at my hot tub. He was able to not only find the issue but completely service and repalce damaged parts. I am very happy to say, my hot tub is running perfectly thanks to Brian's service! I found Brian to be very professional, courteous, neat worker and happily answered any and all of my questions.
