They did an excellent job helping me find help to update my electric, install the hot tub and they've maintained it for the past three months for free. They say they are coming to fix something and don't show. you call the 631 # and you get a new person each time as it's a call in center . you have to start from scratch with each person. This company has NO accountability. I was happy with the job they did. I think the price of the control box was a bit overpriced as I know what they cost, but they were very quick and the guys that did the job were AWESOME! This is a late review. Prices for service calls are usually what other companies charge. I forgot the man that came to service my spa, but he seemed like he didn't want to be there. That's fine and all and everyone has a bad day. He replaced my cover, valve, fixed a leak and replaced Jet#2. Everything was working great for a couple of weeks then suddenly I was getting a really SLOW leak. Wasn't sure what it was from. Called them and asked them to come and check it out because maybe it's from the job he did. This is where the issues come in. Read below. They wanted to charge me for a service call and I declined and was a little upset considering I spent well over a 1k on 2 visits. So I just gave up after a week of pleading with them. Another issue was that he never screwed the panels back in correctly, and I saw a couple of the screws on my outside table. You do realize how important it is that the panels are on correctly? I'm sure you can answer that. Also, leaving garbage behind? Ripped out insulation behind the hot tub, bottle of soda, rusted tool, leaving the old pump on my grass and then collecting it when I wasn't home. Of course you come back for that? Rebuild it and make more money. Totally unacceptable. This is where it gets interesting. Because of being temporarily unemployed I decided to go through and get their slow leak fixed... I called another company and filled my hot tub. They came and opened up all panels and guess where the leak was coming from???? The Pump they replaced. What happened was the nut was on incorrectly. The nut gets twisted onto the pipe to keep the water from leaking. You know why it was on incorrectly? Because you NEVER Anchored the Pump. For people that don't know, when the Jets are on and the pump is in use , it vibrates, so therefore since the mechanic decided not to anchor it in. Pretty smart huh? Thanks for not coming back. Lost time in my spa, and spent more to fix, but at least it's fixed now. Anyone can message me for advice on what company to go to. read more

I purchased a home with a Spa in the back yard. I was in the house just over a month before the pump went out.The "One Stop Spa Shop" came out and determine the pump need to be replace. He drained and winterized the spa to make sure line would not freeze. He ordered the pump and replaced it the following week. The Spa is working great. What a way to relax. Thanks read more

I'm delighted to have my Hot tub running again, we had another Hot tub Service Company attempt and say it was fixed, to the next day have it empty and not running? This company is deplorable. The women working in the front desk are beyond rude and completely unhelpful. They came to service my hot tub and instead of fixing the problem, made it worse. Their diagnosis was that I needed a new control panel and the solution was for me to buy a new hot tub for 10K through them. Looking into it on my own, I found the parts on jacuzzi for around $500 and hired another company to do the work. When I called to let them know that I was able to order the parts on my own, their response was "well you should find a new company because we're not dealing with you anymore." DO NOT GO HERE OR WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, they are dishonest and deceitful!!! read more

This is one the worst company's to deal with, I had used them in the past to replace the control board and spend quite a chunk of money for it, it cost me $ 1,200 for balboa control panel and additional $700 to relocate the tub. Not to long ago I called to schedule on appointment due to non working control. The girl who took the initial information to set up on date! However no one showed up !!! after losing the entire day of work to wait for service. I called several times to experience no answer and only voice mails, finally someone answered with on attitude and her rude comments, how I didn't hear well as for what date was the appointment on top it she suggested I should call someone else if I don't like it. Truly unprofessional service I would not recommend this company for anything not alone to service your tub, especially the girl that works there answering phone calls, rude, ignorant uneducated. My biggest disappointment was not having time calling consumer affairs to report this issue, but I intend to soon !!! read more
